Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I can’t think of anything, honestly. Everything was great.
I loved the sleek rooms, cleanliness, exercise room was fantastic, and breakfast was pretty darn good! It feels so nice in our rooms!

The only complaint we had was the times for the breakfast, we thought we had until 10 am on Monday morning to grab something to eat before we headed to the airport, but they only stay open till 9 am on weekdays & 10 am on weekends.
Excellent hotel, very clean, everything seemed new. We felt completely safe, plus NO Charge for parking, which was very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable in a large room with desk & sofa, plus nicely updated and decorated. The bathroom had a shower with glass door, which was great - no paper thin shower curtain & leaks on the floor! Loved the sliding door, too! The breakfast was wonderful, many things to choose from, several toppings for the oatmeal, they actually had Oikos Yogurt (no sugar), which is my preferred yogurt. The whole front staff was great, all 3 interactions we had were very pleasant, with all 3 ladies helping us with directions to nearby resturaunts & other places. We looked online for quite awhile for a motel because of all the bad reviews on motels close to or inside Fort Worth, but Springhill Suites by Marriott will be the place we come back to again & again. We attended the Roping at Will Rogers Memorial Center and it was only about 20 to 25 mins away, we loved it because it was new, safe & no charge for parking. Walmart was within a mile, plus many cute shops & resturaunts, including a Dairy Queen, were nearby. We kind of wished they had an indoor pool & hot tub, because the weather turned a little chilly while we were there, but if it had stayed in the 80's, we would have definitely used the outdoor pool.

Mattress Coffee maker is not sufficient Only one trash can and there wasn't even a liner in it. There were only two facial tissues in the box so apparently it wasn't checked. Couldn't get the apps on the TV to work and no one at the desk knew anything about it to guide us. It would never take us to a place to put our login information.

The sliding glass door on the bathroom floods the bed area with light if someone needs to use it at night, disturbing anyone still asleep. Water pressure was barely adequate.
Breakfast was well prepared and laid out, with good variety and plenty of everything. Room was clean and comfortable, and larger than expected. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The adjacent room had a loud kid in it that got there at 11pm and made noise until 1am. But that is the parent’s fault, not the hotel’s fault. I forgot my charger and wished there were some for sale in the lobby. There were not. But the hostess let me use hers for a while.
It was good. Lots of varieties, presented well and a clean area to eat in.

There aren’t too many negatives here, but I wish there was a hot tub in addition to the pool. The only other thing is that the rooms were so dark. The only place to sit when I needed light to work on something or read, was at the desk. Not a huge problem, but the lamp by the sofa could have had a stronger light (maybe a 3 way bulb)? Also some pillows on the hard, hard sofa would make it more comfortable
Since I was visiting my family in HudsonOaks for a special occasion, having a nearby hotel was perfect. I was there for 5 days and Everything was clean and orderly.

Shower was great, but once in a while I enjoy a hot bath while traveling. It didn’t affect us this trip, but when I stay for several days, I would miss a tub. Are there any to request?
Breakfast had a great variety to choose from. Love the location! Near the Highway, but not on it. We loved how quiet the hotel was in general, and we slept well!

Though the handicap bathroom was VERY roomy and nice, there was literally NO where to set anything down, like clothes, small travel bag, etc. or no drawers to put anything...just a thought for future to something small against the wall for such purposes
The location to our family's house was excellent. The beds, cleanliness, shower, the rooms were excellent.
