The only thing we did not like was the oatmeal was too runny. Big deal, right? <laughing>

The room was set up beautifully for short or extended stay use. Bathroom lighting excellent and sink area large. Very nice separation between the toilet area and the shower/sink area. TV was very easy to use and to find the "guide" to locate shows of choice. AC/Heat was efficient and effective. The "food store" selections were varied and many choices offered in each category (snacks, frozen food, drinks).

The pool wasn't very warm and kinda small but we were only there one night so it was fine the pool went from 1 and half feet to a drop off of 5 ft back to 3 feet which was kinda weird but we dealt with it with two small children we would stay again nice place.

It was really nice to be close to the airport for our trip and very clean.

Breakfast set up could use some change. The traffic doesn't flow well so everyone in bunched in one area. Prices for a bottle of water, almost $10 was ridiculous. Room 407 heat has issues. There were left over trash from previous person that stayed in room. It was on top shelf where microwave is. Family in room 408 and the couch in there has stains on ot.

They said they had a hot tub Whirlpool when I got there it was a small pool with no hot tub or whirlpool and the pool was not heated it was cold

I got charged $50.00 more than I was suppose to be charged. Also when I booked it said there was a hot tub. No hot tub on property.

About 4:30am, we had lots of rattling on our door handle. It lasted about 10-15 minutes before whoever it was went away. Not something that the hotel can do so much about, but it was the biggest dislike.

Staff was super friendly throughout check in/out. Offered multiple suggestions on surrounding entertainment and food options! Rooms were overall clean though there were some crumb-like things on the bed. Check out being at 12:00 was super nice (especially when we went to a concert the night before).

Room was very clean, but there was one waste basket for the toilet area but no waste basket in the powder/shower room. Additionally, I will not be booking through Booking.com in the future as we were unable to take advantage of my husbands "first Responder" discount through them but we were told at the hotel that we should have booked it through Marriot in order to receive this discount. Those who put their life on the line should be given a more beneficial discount through Booking.com.

Breakfast was not as good as it used to be, but was palatable. Also, there used to be potatoes but now there is none.

Bed was a little too soft and sheets a little rough. Would have preferred a TV in the bed area but the living room was nice.

The sink in the toilet closet did not have a counter or a soap dispenser & towel hanger. The lighting in the vanity/shower area was a bit lacking. Not quite dark, but a bit shaded.

Property was clean. Parking lot was very well lit. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Loved the fact that there was a separate tiolet closet with sink.

it should have been cleaner they are using laminate flooring and our feet and socks were black yuck! it looked like it was never mopped I did not like separate shower toilet areas I’m in middle of potty training and it was a bit of inconvenience with the 2 rooms

We had to go down to the front desk to get bedding for the trundle bed and couch, it must not have been restocked from the previous stay. The pool was closed for extensive repairs, and we didn't know that until we arrived.

The room was spacious and clean. We liked the divider between the seating area and the sleeping area. They had the bathroom and the shower in two separate spaces, each with its own barn door, which was really nice with a bunch of teenagers! The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
