You need to be aware that getting to downtown Dallas requires using Uber / Lyft or a taxi, and does take 20-30 minutes.

It was our second stay in the same week. We came back although we had cheaper options since we loved the first stay. Breakfast gives you an excellent start of the day. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean.

It was an old hotel needed updated. Elevator was slow and hot inside.

Somewhat outdated Room was clean beds were low to the ground but comfy. Elevator was very slow and hot.

The hotel is located far from Downtown Dallas

Front desk staff is very friendly. Room is comfortable. Breakfast is good. Hotel is quiet. All is very clean

Our room missed a service on one of the days but they gave us towels which is what we needed

We visited for the Eclipse - probably the busiest weekend for the hotel - it was a bit hectic and clearly the hotel was overwhelmed but everyone was helpful and courteous. I was glad we booked a hotel with a pool.

The A/C, it was very cold and difficult to turn off and on.

Breakfast was good, it will be better if you add bacon. Thank you to the cleaning team!

The ice machine stopped working the first day we were there and the phone in our room did not work.

The breakfast had a great spread, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Communication from the checkin team member to myself and other team members. The way another team member handled the situation was not professional at all but the general manager stepped in and resolved the issue thankfully, alot of work is needed on the team members personal skills here!

The location was great for our event. Uber's found it easily and didn't have to wait long. Breakfast, a great choice of options. Mostly the staff were great except one incident.

The pool was outside and it was really dirty, so if we wanted to swim, we wouldn't have been able too. The bed was not very comfortable for a Marriott Hotel.

The walls were thin, it was hard to sleep at night when you had people standing out in the hall and talking very loud. The breakfast choices could also use a little improvement.

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable and with the king sized bed, there was not much room to access the closet.

Nice, clean, air-conditioned room. Fridge in the room so I could bring water bottles and keep them cool. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Plenty of parking.

Breakfast lacks some essentials which are common in the other hotels which had spoiled the stay and my family requested not to book this hotel again

Well unfortunately the first room , I had the toilet wasn't working it didn't flush, I went downstairs to tell them, but they didn't have anyone to come fix because no one showed. So I tolerated it for the night. Got up that morning had to go to use it, so I went to remind them it wasn't working. So they said they would send someone. Ok so I went to wait and eat breakfast at 7 to give them time. When I finished eating I checked back to see if it had been fixed. Unfortunately, no. I went back to my room until that Saturday evening then I went back to ask about it again and they decided to give me another room.

The bed was so comfortable, and the Breakfast was good!

The midshift guy had an attitude and told us they didn't have any pillows for our kids who were on the pull out. He also told our friend that was with us that we had to many people (6) in a 6 person room and they were all accounted for in the reservation. Super rude guy.

There was plenty of room for our 6 people on our 3 bed Suite. The breakfast was good. My kids loved the Texas shaped waffles.

Definitely older hotel. Elevators and common areas could use some work/cleaning/renovation. Room very bright at night, hard to sleep. Couch very uncomfortable. Very small TV, would be better mounted to wall so could see better from bed
