The thermostat was not working properly, and both bathrooms could use more lighting.

The staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very inviting. Just what I needed.

There was a bit of a wait for check in. The facility is clean but feels a bit tired. My bigger gripe is with the price of lodging in the Chapel Hill area overall, and not just at this hotel.

I loved that the staff was so helpful. I was very harried during my visit because I had a lot to get done but the staff was excellent and supportive. I even forgot my hand baggage during check out and the hotel kept it for me until I was able to pick it up several *weeks* later. Relative to other places close to Chapel Hill, the price for the location is fair. The breakfast was really good.

I was in town for a surgery that I’ve been needing and we found this hotel last minute and it was amazing. The front desk was amazing. Idk his name, but he was astounding. He helped me every step of the way and the rooms, where do I start? The layouts were immaculately clean and the level of cleanliness was out of this world. I will definitely be staying here again.

Booking.com submitted name backwards on reservations so hotel couldn't find me until I asked can they look 1 more time for the 3rd time and that's when they discovered the mistake. (Frustration)

The noise level outside in early morning.

The room was clean. carpets could use some TLC especially in hallways. Breakfast was decent. The noise level outside the hotel was horrible especially early morning! Bot necessarily Hotels fault but for the kind of $ it cost, expected more.

Requested room maintenance service for the next morning (was asked if I wanted the room cleaned when I checked in) - room was not done upon my return that afternoon - I had invited a friend up pre dinner - was a little embarrassing to have an unmade bed - I would have done it myself if I had known they would not honor my request.

The only concern I have is parking. Room seemed a little stuffy from being closed up, but I always carry air fresher to give the room a more home feeling.

Wish the vending machines on each floor worked instead of having to go to the little market on the first floor, because the lobby was about $1.50 more than the the vending machines. But I guess that’s a good business plan, a better plan would just be not to have the vending machines at all if they aren’t working or being used any longer.

Location was extremely clean, excellent location, very nice and helpful staff, breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. I liked the bathroom setup with a shower and sink on one side and a toilet and sink on the other side.

I got stuck in the bathroom for an hour while the sliding door was off the track and my wife and kids didn’t know how to fix it. Was able to get out and fix the door. I don’t like the little refrigerators in the rooms.

Amenities were very clean. Breakfast was good - appreciates the individually packed turkey and cheddar breakfast sandwich. Shower could have been a little bigger. the water pressure was uneven and it was hard to adjust the temperature from scalding hot in the shower. Mattress was sagging on one side so I slept on the other side and it was fine.

Very convenient location near RTP. Walmart across the street, brunch options very close by.

Breakfast was excellent and they even provided lactose free items. Thank you for that ! Clean facility with hand sanitizing dispensers everywhere. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great location near lots of restaurants and some within walking distance.
