Didn't like all the light that came in the room at nite..it was very, very hard to sleep, even tried our best to get rid of so much light, with pillow and blankets....You have short curtains with no darkened liner at all! Could not sleep..

The room is outdated. The shower/tub combo was filling up with water as I showered. The lights near the sink wasn’t working.

Property is a great location. The staff was nice and helpful. Especially the cleaning lady front my checkout.

The comforter was dirty and I slipped in the bathtub because there was no anti-slip. Luckily I was able to grab the curtain.

Pool closed and didn't know when booking. No privacy in room when booking with multiple people. Not the cleanest, found someone else's socks in floor. No private sink in bathroom and no standard coffee pot.

Similar situation, property not honoring the financial agreements they have with their third-party reservation vendors. I also did not receive my money back from incidentals.

Better plates more bottle waters. My statement (bill) was not delivered or put under my door for my last stay. Can't understand the email I got on it. Especially on the frozen food , I didn't order, why was it listed.

The pool was closed & we weren't notified about it prior to our stay which I thought was rude. We got in pretty late & had pre-checked in so getting the keys was quick & easy. The room was nice, but there were a few things that were just ok. The room had a living room area separate from the sleeping area, but only one TV so they just put it in the middle space so that no matter where you sat (living room or on the bed) you could only see half the screen. That's just silly...they should just pick a section of the room for the TV or put two in there. The beds were only doubles which is small for two normal adults...Queens would have been better & that's usually what you get in a double bed room. There was plenty of space, so not sure why they skimped on the bed sizes. Lastly the bathroom was very angular & the toilet paper holder was so far from the toilet I had to stand up to reach it which was just inconvenient & again, silly. It was like they let an amateur make the placement decisions in this room & though none of these complaints were that awful or anything, it was just kind of off-putting. I can't say the hotel was bad, but I wouldn't stay again.

Decent hotel, nothing glaringly bad about it but nothing amazing either. The breakfast area was nice & they had a good selection. Staff were friendly.
