Because most people are travellers they tend to take 2 bottles of water upon finishing to take with them! Knowing this having more made available by refilling the cooler is a must as are protein bars! Once the initial amount was gone nothing was available for those who get up later! Plus a later jug of coffee in the day would be a welcome idea. Like an afternoon tea setup!!! Hot coffee & tea with biscuits is a novel idea!!!

Never had room cleaned/freshened up after the first night. Our room was skipped. As were 2 others that I was told as they too were requesting fresh towels at 8 pm at night after returning to a “non freshened up room”

Loved location and great room. We actually stayed 2 nights, but were very disappointed after being gone 10 hours and returning Saturday night at 8pm that our room had never been entered and freshened up. No towels were replaced and garbage was not emptied. Front desk said “Oh, you must have requested no daily service”. That is not true. It was our first time ever staying at SpringHill Suites and lived the room etc. Would have appreciated some type of discount for maid service never happening. When I went to front desk to get fresh towels, the man ahead of me was requesting towels because no one had replaced them in his room and the man behind me had the same request because no one had cleaned his room. I feel this hotel must have a problem with either short staff or poor communication. We travel often and I will only give SpringHill Suites one more opportunity or I’m back to Hilton. Tom Curtis

The lobby area felt unclean. Not that it actually was but something about the immediate interior made me question if I had made a good decision. The elevators had a similar feeling to them.

The sink in bathroom had no water pressure and hot water was not there hardly at all.. That was bad Also the AC when it kicks on the air hits you right in the face where the bed is located we had to put a pillow up to black the air from hitting our faces that really needs o be addressed, if you didnt have the air on it was stuffy in there cant deal with that.

No one at the counter when I went to check in. I had to wait and an employee that was leaving had to call for the person. The room did not have a remote. When I went to see about getting a remote there was no one at the counter. The sink didn’t drain well. Different towels. One was thicker than the other. There was no one at the counter at leaving time. I didn’t appreciate leaving the key in a glass on the counter.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Took a minute for water to heat up in the shower. Also, along with shampoo, t would’ve been nice to have shower gel just encase the soap was forgotten.

The breakfast staff who are in charge rushed us before it was supposed to be over at 10 at 9:30 they were putting up the food.

There’s an awful smell from outside all through the building, I’m not sure if the building next door is a plant or dealing with some type of sewage. Also the refrigerator did not work even on high.

I didn't like that the sausage was not very hot. I also wish that you had more sugar free options. Such as items that were more organic or made with Stevia or Monk Fruit.

The shower was not clean; it had pink-like substance in the corners and on the soap containers which is consistent with poor cleaning. Carpet not vacuumed. Hair on floor and shower. Housekeeping staff unable to communicate due to lack of English speaking skills. No restaurant on site. Breakfast quality was poor in comparison with cost of room.

The location was great. No manager’s special, such as packaged cookies but the front desk gentleman gave us a rear after I inquired. Parking available near entrance.

My bathroom sink had very low water pressure. The continental breakfast could of had more variety, my wife didn't care for it much.

I like the service. The staff was very friendly.
