We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe pool was very very small. There was no breakfast which was supposed to be included with this purchase. There was no refund or reduction for this missing service. We did not like the toilet being in a separate space from the shower. The lobby was dark, outdated and uninviting. The furniture upholstery was too dingy to sit on.
The room layout with 1 1/2 bath was different that I have never seen before. We used the pool but it was more like an oversized tub. Too warm & too small to be called a pool. The location was great!!

Czech RepublicThe staff at the check in did not inform us about facilities (pool,gym etc.) He just give us the key. We have room 118 situated next to the kitchen. Whole night the fan in the bathroom was running and it was very noisy. When i finaly fall asleep, at 5 am some staff stared to prepare the breakfast. This was really very noisy, seems like the employee know that we are sleeping. I did not sleep the whole night. Finally the breakfast was only a few prefabricated things, nothing fresh. When i told this to the receptionist, she promised me that she Is going to forward my complain to the hotel manager. It is almost a week and nobody conntact me yet. This Is definitely not a Marriot standard and I dont want to stay in this chain again.
