You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Moldy caulk in the bathroom. Not a lot of space to walk with sofa bed open. No hooks to hang towels or clothes in bathroom.

Nothing, everything was great, would stay here again.
The room was perfect, lots of room, even the pull out couch was comfortable. The egg & spinach quiche for breakfast were delicious, bacon, scrambled eggs too. Lots of options for cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast & muffins. Didn't use the pool, though it looked wonderful and others were definitely enjoying it. Loved the location, easy access to lots of places to slop, explore and eat

It took awhile to figure out how to get hot water in the shower, you had to turn the knob forever! The water in the bathroom sink was neither hot nor cold and you could not make it change temperature. We did have a little problem with the heater/ac unit in room one day. The housekeeping must have knocked the plug when they were vacuuming. Front desk attendant was quick to respond and after fiddling for a little while we managed to get it going again.
Rooms are a decent size, comfortable bed, decent breakfast in am. Staff were very nice, friendly, helpful. Room was very quiet - even being full, with lots of children staying in the hotel, it was still very quiet.

It was terribly hot and humid in the hallways and lobby area.
They staff was amazing and so welcoming to us and our kids. They had a very good breakfast. Loved that there was a microwave and two tvs in our room. Kids got to watch what they wanted, and their parents watched what we wanted before bedtime.

First room had minimal space between bed and closet making bathroom access difficult. Air conditioner was loud but effective which was essential as the temps were in the 90s.
Very helpful and accommodating staff. Moved us right away when we had a room issue.Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shopping. Very easy to get on the wonderful Biking system in the city and many of the galleries and other sites are an easy drive with good freeway access. Good breakfast choices and overflow space when busy. Fridge and microwave and coffeemaker in room were useful. Comfortable bed. Nice recently renovated rooms.

The building was under construction when I was there, which didn’t cause much problems, but the one elevator was congested when I was trying to check out when the workers were moving furniture.

The rooms did not have a way to shut out the lights from the parking lot. Only sheer curtains- NOT effective in having a solid nights sleep.
Food was excellent. Great variety and quality of food.

The AC connection in lamps were dangerous. One lamps two AC power sockets were completely lifted up out of their base. Someone could get electrocuted

Everything was fine with our stay. The fan in our room probably needs some maintenance - was really loud when the heat kicked in. We were in a room next to a family with children and could hear lots of noise through the wall.
Breakfast was good and offered a variety of options.

The coffee
Clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was ideal, had a good variety of options for everyone. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

King Suite is small for three adults. For example, when the sofa bed is open it blocks the passageway to the rest of the room.

The toilet drained extremely slow. I expected to have paper towels and dish soap in the kitchen area.
