We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Garbage container at the entrance was chock-full; Takes only a few minutes to empty it. First impressions are important, right? Could only access the rooms through the lobby entrance. Side and back entrances were 'no entry'.
Single night stay on our way to Nashville TN. Met our needs. Easy to find. Breakfast was ok; included in our stay.

We arrived at 2:30 hoping to access our room prior to a concert we were attending. The Host informed us that the room would not be ready TILL 3:00, which we understood. We couldn't access our room until after 5:30 - which was very disapponting. The Host informed us that they were "at capacity" and needed extra time for cleaning.
Breakfast was nice and well prepared. The Location was awkward and NOT in the best part of town, but convenient to what we were in Montgomery for.

The receptionist at night was unprofessional and not friendly. Talked to me like I was stupid and had never stayed at a hotel before. Not friendly at all. I was there for training, which I do quit a bit. I work for the state of Alabama in a professional degree position. My husband travels with me when I go out of town for safety reasons. I was disappointed with this Comfort Inn.
Breakfast, clean, reasonable price.

You could tell the building was old. It had a musty smell. Floors were sticky due to whatever cleaner they used.

Old bldg. TV took to long to change or search for channels. No channel guide in room. Bathroom didn't offer much in way of modernization. No extra blanket. Just seem like a old building that will have a name change in a year or two.
Room size was good. Advertised photo makes bldg seem newer than it is. It was okay, but I expected better considering price and name. Super staff though.

A pre-packaged gluten muffin would be nice. Also more fresh fruit. Gluten free cereal would be great too.
The breakfast serving area was neat and clean and all foods were at the proper temperature. I appreciated having gluten free options as this is critical to my diet.

At the time of my stay, the pool was being renovated and it was not advertised. It was stated that my room had a tumble drier and it did not. There was only one ice machine that was around the lobby. The covered area for loading/unloading your vehicle seemed to be too small.
The breakfast was good. It was typical. The area where the food was served was cramped. The food was hot. There was not a lot to choose from. I was surprised to hear that they started serving at 4:30 a.m.

Clearly very tired facilities. The floors and carpet did not feel especially clean in the rooms, but the linens were all very clean and good. AC and heat both worked but it is Montgomery so it remained quite humid even inside.
Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was always ready even at the earliest times. Great value and 10 min from downtown, with plenty of food options a short drive away.

The air conditioner made scraping sounds. The duvet was so warm that it required us to keep the room colder than we would have preferred.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than at most affordable hotels, with sausage and biscuits, eggs, and waffles. Good location near the interstate, but just a few miles from downtown.
