The beds were very high. Difficult to get in and pillows too soft.

I loved every aspect of the hotel, the rooms were nice and clean! It was just A quick Mother’s Day getaway so we didn’t spend too much time on the property. Only problem I faced was when I checked out of the hotel, the lady came off as a little rude and rushed into every thing! No how was your stay, how did you like the hotel, just you’re all checked out! Only if the same person that checked us in was there during check out I would have liked it, a morning check out deserves a smiling face, not just a rush to get us out of the property! I was considering coming back again, but something small like that can make a big impact! Overall I liked the property!

I loved the customer service the attendant gave us when we checked in on Sunday around 6pm.

Breakfast was very basic. One thing I didn't like was that everything in the breakfast bar was disposable. For example, only paper plates available, paper coffee cups, plastic disposable knives/forks/spoons, each fresh juice cup was plastic and individually wrapped in a plastic bag. All really bad for the environment as everything has to be thrown away rather than washed and reused.

Staff were super helpful and very friendly. You are made to feel very welcome. This made my visit feel pleasant. Good location for my particular visit.

Only One elevator working and when you went to the 5th floor it sounded like it was going to break. Breakfast was ok! No bacon!

It is a little off the beaten track for directions in finding it's location but the area is highly desirable.

The pool was open when we arrived. They had cookies. It was clean. We were there for the Auto Train which was cancelled due to Hurricane Lee.

Silly reply, they don't clean rooms dye Covid-19. however I've been in a Four Points Sheraton hotel a few days ago. with an excelent swrvice. Pool is too small for the size of the hotel.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The young man that works the front desk is nice and professional. All staff are. It’s just nice to see that some of the younger ones have professionalism and are friendly.

I found a dry dead cockroach inside the sofa bed and the room smelled like moisture. It looked like they didn’t use that room in long time.

The bathroom smelled mildewy. It needed to be bleached. The room was extremely humid. It was difficult to air dry clothes and towels. One of the lights did not work right.

The breakfast were mostly good. I loved that there was a hot water carafe from which the water didn't taste like coffee. I am a hot tea drinker and do not like coffee. The staff were wonderful, including making good recommendations.
