We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe downside to the location was lots of road noise, as well as airplanes coming in and taking off. Our room was pretty clean, but our mattress cover had some stains on it and there were some stray hairs in the bathroom. I also noticed none of the trash can liners were actually open in the trash cans, so I had to do that myself. The refrigerator also smelled very bad, like rotten food.
The location was central to a lot of food and stores, which was very convenient. It was also close to my location for my work. The breakfast was good, lots of variety. The staff was so friendly and kind!

United States of AmericaUpon our arrival our reservation sent from booking.com had my name mixed up. It looked like we didn’t have a room because Booking.com changed my first name, added my maiden name, and it was a mess. It took us close to an hour to get it figured out, but thank goodness the staff stayed on it, and Identified this. So, in the end we did have a room booked thank goodness because they were full. I don’t often use Booking.com. I use Expedia and I am not too sure. I’ll come back as a customer.
Clean, welcoming lobby and our room was very nice. The breakfast was better than most hotels offer. It was incredibly clean and the woman’s staffing it was wonderful and very attentive to guests.

United States of AmericaThe beds felt like coil mattresses, which I’ve not slept on or owned in years. I think upgrading the beds to a memory foam option could be great, but I also understand this is a personal preference. For most people (without back injury/ pain) I think they’d be both comfortable and well-appointed.
The front desk staff were great, and incredibly accommodating. Katherine (?) checked us in and assisted with arranging a late check out, as well as a room close to the door for my pet. She even went above and beyond in bringing a bottle opener to our room when we requested. Really cannot emphasize how great the customer service was here. Room was spacious and clean. Good choice of toiletries. Enjoyed the plush, cushy carpet, and quality of bedding, towels, etc.

United States of AmericaThey ran out of bath towels and gave us pool towels and then said they were out of towels because housekeeping didn't put towels in Dryer and they couldn't do it. Very strange. Also no cleaning of our room between days.
Close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants and dog friendly. We walked our dog on the cute side walks and ate outside at restaurants.
