It was hot in the hallways and elevator. My husband found roaches (2) in the bathroom. We informed the staff and were told they would call an exterminator.

Stayed here due to close proximity to St Joseph’s hospital (my son was having surgery). When we entered the lobby it was very clean, and the desk attendant was very friendly! Everything was clean in our room and the pillows were very comfortable.

The outdoor space that was nice to sit outside needs some attention! The wood looks like it could fall down on you at any moment. Our room smelled like mold. We were in 116

There were no towels at the pool and when we requested towels from front desk we were told they’d bring them to us at the pool . We never received them and none were ever brought to pool area during our entire stay . In Sunday we wanted to eat breakfast before getting on the road and even though it was well past 7 o’clock there was a sign saying breakfast area was closed we were told it wasn’t ready yet . We left without getting breakfast. 😔

Some cleaning issues such as a dirty microwave, visible mold in the sink. Also some mold in between the bathroom tile. And maintenance issues, the bathroom sink was clogged.

Comfy, 2 beds plus day bed with trundle very comfy for a family of 5. It has a fridge, microwave, extra blankets and pillow and good location. Indoor pool and looks good and clean. Breakfast options were good. Overall the place was good.

The staff was not helpful. The metal was sticking out on the desk chair, and the breakfast was over packed with guests that the food wasn't enough for everyone. Mostly, all the food containers were empty.

The hotel was not really in Midtown like we were hoping for so further from the downtown than we expected. The price was high for what we received. The hotel was rundown and could use some updating. The air-conditioning in the room did not remove moisture, so it felt damp the whole time. The breakfast was OK although some in our party refused to eat it, so we went elsewhere for breakfast.

I liked having a sitting area with sofa in the room and the side kitchen and office area.

People were allowed to make five waffles, spread their plates all down the counter, at a time. They would get rude if you tried to reach to get to food. The cleaning staff would make their breakfast during the rush and they would back up the waffle line. We didn’t get a waffle either morning.

Breakfast area arranged poorly. It needs to be reconfigured. There needs to be two waffle stations.

We were farther from downtown than we expected. Nonetheless, we were close to every service we needed.

The room was very smartly designed. I liked the separate desk and pony wall. The bathroom sink outside of the shower area was just right for a larger party. The breakfast was awesome - especially the waffles.

Cleanliness not up to par sand from previous guest in bathroom. Did not have enough towels or linens in the room for booked number of quest. Door lock did not function properly.

Good price for stop over after cruise. Just stayed one night. Staff Friendly. Breakfast good for hotel included breakfast.
