Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe kitchenette was not very well equipped, no cloths or washing up liquid. The lighting in the room was not good. The bathroom could really do with a night light. The laundry wasn't working when we were there.
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

United States of AmericaThere was no dislikes from us about the property. But I would suggest to update the deposit amount and how it's daily online. When we booked all it said was $50, it did not say anything about daily deposit.
The hotel was very clean and the room was very spacious. We loved the complimentary coffee in the lobby offered all day. And it was so cool to wake up to a coffee bar and breakfast items on our floor. The room service was great, and the breakfast was always good. The staff was all wonderful and so welcoming! The location was also good it wasn't far from Seattle Center to the Waterfront. But also it wasn't in-between the busiest of the city, we still had peace and quiet. Our room view wasn't much of the city but you can still see tall buildings and cars driving by. Loved the trees it was pretty in the wind and gave more privacy to have to have the shades open. There was a few good food options around walking disntance too. I would definitely stay again and also recommend it to others. Thank-you!

AustriaRooms seems to be only accessible by elevator. There is 3 of them but sometimes only one is operating and there is long waiting time when the hotel is crowded especially in the morning.
Spacious suite rooms. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Overall I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

United States of AmericaRoom was in the 80s when we arrived. Took a day and a half to get to 70. Didn't sleep well, especially the first night as the room was way too warm. Bed was very comfortable. Microwave is hard to see as it's on a lower shelve. Small refrigerator worked well.
Breakfast was pretty good. Decent selection of breads. Had scrambled eggs, sausage biscuit sandwiches, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins, hash browns. Toaster available for toasting breads.

BrazilLeakage in shower, and old/slow elevators.
Location was good, and breakfast served free of charge was excellent (hours, diversity & quality of the food options). The room was spacious, well mantained, with good natural ligh. The shower had a leaking problem (through the glass doors), though, and I missed some essential ammenities in the room, such as shower cap and body lotion. Elevator needs to be modernized (too old and slow), and Front Office & bar team needs better training, but overall hotel is very good.

United States of AmericaThe elevator from the parking garage to the hotel was broken. Also, breakfast did not have as many options as I expected- some friends I was traveling with had dietary restrictions (i.e. lactose free, gluten free) and there were very few options for them. I also found the coffee to be very poor, especially considering we were in Seattle. There was also an awkwardly placed door stop in the middle of the room that we all stubbed our toes on multiple times.
I liked how secure and safe the hotel and parking felt in the location we were in. I liked the late checkout time and room size and cleanliness. Our room was great, we liked the layout and setup that allowed us to have extra sleeping spaces. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
