The shower water pressure could have been better, but it wasn’t bad. It still got us clean:).

Breakfast was good. There was a good variety of items to choose from. My family enjoyed it with no complaints. The location was also good.

A small misunderstanding incident at check-out, which the reception associate resolved it quickly.

Nice, spacious clean room. Very comfortable beds with clean sheets. Spotless bathroom and fresh clean towels. Good breakfast buffet with a selection of food items. Absolutely recommended.

The key card was a failure multiple times a day. We had to go to the front desk every few hours every day for the 4 days we were there. We were always locked out of the room and the hotel if we were at the pool. They also must be short on staff, room were cleaned at 4pm daily. When i get back from being out all day, I like to walk into a clean room, especially since I requested daily service at check-in. I understand that it's a busy holiday weekend, but up the staff.

Breakfast was good, and had plenty of options to choose from. Rooms were decent and spacious but a bit dated.

A strange guest standing in the cubbie entrance to someone's room as I exited off the elevator he nearly scared the daylight out of me. He then walked to the other end as I kept looking back to see where he was going, he disappeared. It would be a great addition to install camera's on each floor as added protection for your guest so that someone could keep an eye on suspicion characters like this.

It wasn’t the cleanest motel I’ve stayed at but not the worst either. Elevator was slow and the stairs were not convenient for where our room was located. Sound from patrons above and next door could be randomly heard while in our room.

Conveniently located for all the activities we had going on for the weekend. Staff was helpful and always answered with a smile. The price for our one night stay was great for the accommodations provided.

The only negative thing I found was the pool had some bugs in it, but that happens often so I wasn't even too upset about that. The AC in our room worked fine, but operating it was a little confusing.

The room was the perfect size. checking in and out was very easy. The pool was a great temperature. The bathroom was clean and had nice supplies. Lines for the sofa bed were easy to find in the closet.

The beds were very soft, and you sunk into them. We're used to a firm bed. The pillows were fluffy but went flat while using them. We were on the second level, and when using the shower, it had very little water pressure. The hotter you made the shower the less pressure you got. So had to decide between good pressure and not have a hot shower or have a hot shower with very very bad pressure.

The location is very good and clean. Theres lots of restaurants close by and very close to the airport, which was good because our flight left at 7 am.

Went to breakfast at 8:10 and they had no hot items left and was told they had no more as it takes an hour to make so the 10 guests that were there for breakfast had to eat whatever was left.

Meeting room was filled with stock an boxes. gym was nto up to date. I felt like it was not up to the mark like other Springhill's by Marriott

Gym didn’t have much to offer. Had to basically clean our room and anytime we needed towels we had to go to the front desk.

The hotel was okay. They could have used more staff to help with replacing items since, they only clean your room if you stay 4 nights straight.

I’m a good location. The staff was nice and the rooms were throughly bleached down.

Walls seemed thin as you could hear coughing from next room. The amount billed to credit card was much more than on checkout receipt?

Breakfast adequate. Surprisingly quite as it is very near airport runway.
