I did not like that there was construction going on over our room. It was annoying. I did complain, at the time there were no other rooms available or should I say I was told that they had not been cleaned. Our stay was for two days, and our room were never serviced (cleaned). We had towels piled up. I was told that we have to request that our rooms be cleaned; and there was NO signage in the room, or outside.

The complimentary breakfast was nice.

The hotel lacked in cleanliness at the pool area as well as inside. TONS of hair all around the pool room floor as well as floating in the pool. Honestly, it was disappointing to see that the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, if not months. The cake topper was the older gal (mid to late 60s/70) we encountered in the afternoon. Lady shouldn't be working in customer service. She was rude & not friendly to my child, who was simply asking a question. In return, she told her she had no time. Then we wanted to watch the Packer game in the social area which we were told YES the day pior & we got the game on yet the older gal puts it at a level 3 & me at 40 can barely hear the competitor's!! What a crock! Needless to say, she ruined our stay. We'll try a different hotel next time we're in town. Overall, it was not worth the $505 bill.

Our room had numerous large live insects in it. At first, we thought okay it's just one. After finding several more we decided to leave as it would be impossible to relax in the room. We were probably there for less than 1/2 hour. On our way down to the lobby we ran into another guess who said "oh you have some too". We were told by the front desk person that we would receive a refund for the night. Three plus weeks later, we still have not received a refund and are now told that since the room was booked through Booking.com we would have to get the refund from them. At this point no refund was received from either party.

I expected more for the price. The room was clean, but other areas weren’t super clean (for example the hallway carpet was pretty dirty and didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in days and remained dirty our whole stay). The bed was a little hard. Lastly, I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast- we actually ended up going out instead of having the included breakfast.

Perfect location- super close to restaurants, water parks, and other attractions. The room was nice and clean. Their policy is rooms are only cleaned upon request; the one day we requested our room to be cleaned the staff did a great job.

Check-in at the beginning of the stay was not great. It was an anniversary stay for my parents & at check-in they were told the stay was not paid for when it had been prepaid for weeks. The lights and doors were hard to manage in the room if you wanted a small amount of light at night instead of having a pitch black room. The bed was hard and the air conditioning wouldn't stop running.

It was an amazing location. Close to everything. The lady at the front desk in the morning was great! The room was spacious and the linens were comfortable.

Cereals found on sofa bed when opened. Less child friendly due to position of wash basin and soap dispenser. Breakfast is okay but no value for money.

Morning manager was irritated that I asked about getting a second charge for my reservation removed. Second charge is still pending. Room 415 has mold in the bathroom and the sink was clogged.
