The price was great for the room we got. The breakfast was better than expected. Beatriz made the best food and was so engaging and great with guests absolutely love her and the food.

I was charged twice for my stay and they still havwnt emailed me back or some anything about it. So now I have to travel back to get ahold of someone for my $300 charged twice!

It was beautiful, cozy, comfortable and relaxing. They're family friendly, with a great indoor pool. They're breakfast has mang options and it's fresh cooked, serve yourself buffet style. Place was clean. There are also little fire pits, a nice bar, and grill area and plenty of parking.

I chose the Hyatt House Colorado Springs so that I would be near the airport for a morning flight, and because they advertise free airport shuttle service. Had I known there would be no shuttle service I would have made a reservation elsewhere. Because there is no shuttle on Saturday or Sunday, I incurred another expense with a Lyft ride to the airport.

It’s new and well designed. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They apologized to me for the lack of promised airport shuttle service. Due to a snowstorm, I had no choice but to stay and arrange transportation to the airport.

I picked the hotel because of its close location to the airport as I usually have early flights. The breakfast has a good variety so you will be able to find something as a non-meat eater. For example, Oatmeal, fruit, potatoes and baked goods. They also have gluten-free baked goods. My experience has been fine. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Little kitchenette has everything needed for your stay. TV in room swivels so you can watch from the couch or the bed. Breakfast has many options which great for those with dietary restrictions. Evening bar area open for drinks and food. Workout room was fantastic. Love the fact that they allow dogs.

I'm not sure how the bathroom was being cleaned. But my toilet smelled SO strongly of bleach when I came in. I ended up closing the door with the light/fan on to air it out. I think they tried to help me with that when I asked the front desk about it, but I'm not sure they could've done anything. Also another pain... the damn elevators! They're so far away from the front desk, they're noisy, and they're so slow.

I called before making the reservation because I stayed when it was the other company that owned the property and my experience was awful. I was assured it was completely renovated and I was NOT disappointed! Everything was bright and clean, the staff were far more welcoming than before. My room was tucked back away from the elevator, and while I could still hear the outside traffic, it wasn't unbearable. The bed was soft, pillows were good, soft carpet.

The breakfast tables were not wiped down between uses. My shower had a used soap bar in it when we arrived, not sure it was cleaned? Felt lost walking from room to the breakfast area.

It’s very dry inside. Super dry inside the room. We woke up with clogged nose. There’s a bug in the bathroom and the toilet doesn’t flush thoroughly.

Had to wait at the front desk to check in over 5 minutes while listening to staff talk in the back. No bell to ring. We just had to trust the sign that "someone would be with us shortly".

The breakfast was a good variety for various diets. The location is great being close to the airport. I like cooking for myself. The only disappointment is my stay was canceled last minute due to overbooking, now looking for a replacement.

Way too much chlorine in pool! Disappointed cafe and bar were closed but I understand due to no staff
