Our room faced the street and it was underwhelming. At check in we were received by very tired staff who wasn’t very welcoming or talkative.

The resort was beautiful and calm - a relaxing feel paired with a stunning view of the ocean.

Our bathroom was underwhelming. Seemed to be wear on the shower and vanity is too small. Rest of the room was great.

The bathroom at poolside was horrible. I realize it’s a busy area but let’s get one person on this. It was absolutely filthy!!! The room was clean but not great and every day we had to ask for extra towels. The valet parking is a real very inconvenient. We would prefer to just have our car in a parking area.

The breakfast and the happy hour were great! The complimentary snacks were very repetitive. All of the personnel we encountered were great with the exception of one young lady when I asked to check in an hour early and she basically scolded me that “check in is 4pm” I was well aware of check in time but anyone who as travelled all day I was only inquiring.She never even suggested making ourselves comfortable at the beautiful resort.

The beach is not like the pictures on line a bit disappointing.

It's not their fault, but the beach being taken out by a storm meant that the beach experience is pretty poor for the area. I hope they rebuild it very soon.

Really lovely staff that is family oriented and eager to help. It's more of a resort, and that's all the better. Fun activities, easy access to everything, friendly, and easy to navigate. This is a place we'll come back to for sure.

The service was friendly but inefficient. Asked daily for enough towels and a blanket for the spare bed. Never received the correct number of towels, did finally receive the blanket on the 4th night. The door to the room didn’t latch properly. it was never addressed (had to slam door multiple times and wiggle handle to get door to close, latch and secure).

The pool, the sea, the nightly entertainment, morning yoga on site, the amenities! Feels like a Ritz and the price per night is pretty close to Ritz prices (we paid over $600 a night). Great restaurants nearby and free breakfast is a plus.

The daily resort fee and the parking fee added to almost 60 dollars, that is a bit much when you are already paying so much for the hotel room. That really was my only complaint.

The resort is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the view of the ocean was awesome! The high ceilings were something I had not seen in a hotel room in a very long time, that was an unexpected surprise!

the pool closed at dusk, didn’t know there was an extra charge for valet which they force you to use, and there was NO beach directly at the property during anytime other than the lowest tide which was 9am for us at the time. you have to walk to the left or right in order to sit on the beach.

Spacious, modern room, very comfortable. Wonderful pool area overlooking the ocean, with many chaises and umbrellas. Friendly, helpful staff, including bartenders. Great beach for long walks. Good buffet breakfast included.
