Maybe the view from the window to the back lot wasn't the best ever but I didn't care at all. It's New York! Everything was so excellent for the good price. Happy to go there again.

Everything. Location, lovely staff, simpleness, NO RESORT FEE, clean, fast check in and out, quiet on the 12th floor. Everything was at it should be. The location was just next to Times Square. Everything was so close. A shop on the next door. Bars, restaurants and subway so close to travel through NY. 5 out of 5 stars for this price. Happy to go to this hotel again.

A little bit noisy the location, which of course is near to Times Square.

I had a king room and it was very spacious. It was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Very connected location, near the subway and bus stops. Great value for the price.

Basic Room isn't much. Only really good for sleeping and getting cleaned up.

Brilliant location. 5 mins walk from Times Square. Great food place right next door where you can get coffee and all sorts of cooked food, fruit, beer, etc.

The location in direct proximity to Timesquare and central park, broadway is unbeatable. The rooms are large enough for a family with two children.

One of the elevators had an issue as well as my TV, things, that could happen at any hotel. These did not bother me, as the other elevator was working and I was assisted with TV by front desk. I would definitely stay again!

This was by far one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. The bathroom actually shined, I had to personally compliment the housekeeping staff. Front desk people were also incredibly helpful and nice. The bed was comfortable, neither too soft or too hard. The location was great for me and easy to get to a family members as well as walking the area.

The century-old heater was making super loud noise at midnight that at first I thought the room was haunted. Lack of basic amenities such as kettle (to make hot water) or a cooler (to store some leftovers)

No heating in room or bathroom (we went in March).

Location first but also proper reception team and lounge area downstairs - helps with recharge of batteries, getting ready for next day and help if needed - the team there booked us a taxi for the airport.

Looks like plumbing is old, there was some noise first night we stayed. Easy to hear other guests in other rooms or in corridors however people were not too loud. Outdated hotel with no rooftop view or coffee/water machines. The room i stayed in though was renovated which was nice.

Amazing location if you want to be near times square. Close to the hustle bustle but on a side street where its not crazy and crowded. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. I was happy with what i paid vs what i got.
