The bathroom was very clean, but worn looking. The lock on the bathroom door was broken. No microwave in the room.

The staff was great. The breakfast was very good, better than most hotel breakfast. The room was very clean.

The pool was freezing and I thought it was supposed to be heated.

We loved the breakfast spread and the staff. We talked with the blonde lady at the front desk, the older lady cleaning rooms, and even the elderly woman setting up breakfast. All three of them were friendly and made us feel welcome.

Their breakfast buffet was exceptional. Lots of protein choices. Their location was ideal for us.The room was modern and updates. Even though it was close to Hwy 40/61 we did not heard highway traffic.

There is one small elevator for the whole hotel. It's also used as a service elevator, so wait times are long. If we weren't on the 4 th floor we'd have walked the whole time.

The ceiling in the bathroom had peeling paint and a very poor job of repairing the patch job from the leak/work that was done on the shower in the room above us. It really looked out of place compared to the rest of the facility.

Spacious room, with a clean and friendly facility and staff. The breakfast was well stocked and the food was good and warm. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area. It was a great value and I would recommend it to anyone going to that area.

I am a fire fighter. I cannot understand why there are rooms on the 4th floor for people with disabilities - face it - if there was a fire how would those people get out of the building?

Breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and more spacious than many others that we stayed in.

there was a massive snowstorm the day before and it was nearly impossible to find parking spots outside as they were all snow covered. when the morning came there was still no work to clear the parking lot. I understand there were extenuating circumstances but we couldn’t even get to our car with a suitcase without going through the snow since even sidewalks were only shoveled about halfway down the building with no path to the parking lot shoveled.

the breakfast was hot and included scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, biscuits/gravy and other miscellaneous continental items. it was well stocked and a great start to the day.

Unfortunately so many Americans are struggling with their health! Having been a dietician, I believe we need less sugar, grains and dairy in our diet. We need more vegetable options at breakfast time! For example breakfast burrito with peppers and onions. Or eggs and stir fry veggies The facility had been nicely remodeled. It was obvious that before the building had been a cheap, stripped down, lower price motel. There needs to be some more remodeling to upgrade the building.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful! The breakfast facility was very nice. The breakfast itself was well prepared.

We wasn’t given what we booked, we booked two beds and the room only had one. The staff was great in changing our room.
