Very nice beach hotel, literally a few steps away from the beach. Location is perfect, close to everything. It's quiet at night. Rooms are big enough, they even have a mini kitchenette. They provide beach chairs.

No parking on site. We came for a Saturday night and because the parking garage was full, we had to find street parking, which took an hour to find. Unloading our car was hard because we were on a little street and cars had to squeeze past us. In the morning we didn't have a problem packing up to leave.

We loved being able to leave our room and have the boardwalk right there. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice little courtyard to enjoy our morning cup of coffee.

There were people right outside my room in the courtyard until late. I was surprised, as it was a Monday night. While they weren’t exceptionally loud, it kept me from opening the curtains.

Steps from the broadwalk and beach, lots of shops, restaurants, and bands nearby, we took uber from airport so we had no car, really no reason to have one there. Room was clean, cozy, kitchen well stocked with the essentials. Stopped at a Publix on our way there, saved money on food by having breakfast and lunch in the courtyard everyday, which was shady and clean. Bathroom a bit small, shower was really nice. Had to sit sideways on the toilet, and theres no fan so bring some spray with you if you know what I mean! Bed and pillows so comfortable, they provided towels and chairs for the beach, and a broom to help with all the sand. Theres gonna be sand on the floor in the room, just the way it is when your that close! We rented chairs, an umbrella, and even got food and drinks delivered right there on the beach from Margaritaville every day. And it was steps back to our room to use the bathroom or grab something, it was so convenient. Le Tub right behind us had awesome food, service, and drinks. We will definitely be staying there again!

Service fee if you book through booking.com. So, it is better to reserve directly. Parking availability is misleading on booking.com site. They don't have designated parking, though they help with public parking permit.

The parking is a major issue. We didn't realize how much of an issue it was. Before booking, go over the parking directions very carefully.

water pressure very low. Bathroom tiny but I guess that might be part of classic charm. Step up to a king room as queen rooms have no bedside table or lights. Ask for hairdryer when you check in

We were in room 2 and the best location by far. There was even a view of the ocean. This room is right next to the office and the door between the office and room was thin so you can hear everything in office unless you have music or the TV on.

No better location for the price and the things they do for guests is great! They have sunscreen in the office you can borrow and beach chairs for the beach.
