This is the second review I have written....get no response. Once again, NO CLOSED CAPTION . The generic TV remote did not have the CC enabled. The staff did not have the LG remotes. They did not KNOW how to enable the closed caption if they had had an LG TV remote. My husband and I could have done it but no TV LG remote there. I believe this is covered by the ADA and should be attended to.

    Love location.

The hotel was very old school, small rooms, small bathrooms, the elevator was cool and historic but frustrating at times.

Parking was a breeze, the hotel is centrally located in downtown Prescott, wide variety of restaurants and shops close to hotel, the attached bistro was fantastic.

The bathrooms were too small. Sinks so old that they got dirty very quickly. Noise from the street at night.

Staff-Trish was so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Loved the location and old west feel. It was like going back in time! The Bistro restaurant was excellent. Incredible breakfasts! The new lounge area was very spacious and comfortable. Entire staff in hotel and restaurant was excellent!

The only issue was the hot water fluctuation while taking showers. Although there is some remodeling being done on the 2nd floor. Nothing that would prevent me from staying again.

The elevator was very interesting, I won’t describe it but a must see. The lounge area is old world posh. The architecture and history is worth a second look.

Parking. But once you found the facility it became a minor problem.

Located where ALL the action took place. Food , shopping, great travel location to areas of interest. It was a step back in time to enjoy and remember what it was like . Friendly greetings from everyone you encountered in the hotel and on your walk around town.

It didn’t matter to us but it might to others. We were busy and not in the room much but our one window faced a brick building feet away. That’s our view but not the view from all rooms so if it matters to you - best ask for a room with a view. Wish they offered a continental breakfast.

Liked the history of the building. Great location as it’s on Whiskey Row but we were there on a Monday night so not loud from street at all. They provided ear plugs for free so it may get loud on weekends or busy times from the bars in the area. The room was small/cozy and made us feel we were at someone’s house. Others may be shocked by smallness of room though we liked it and it was comfortable, clean and provided two bottles of water (more if we wanted). Quaint.
