Had to be let in hotel by someone else during daylight as room keys failed and had to be reactivated once inside as they would not open room. Toilet leaked, however, they did fix it in a timely manner. Front desk not near entrance.

Staff was friendly and quick to react. Breakfast selection was great.

I asked for an evening checkout. I was quoted a discounted price, later when I went to solidify, discountedprice vanished and was told I'd be charged for a full night. Needless to say I checked out.

The lighting was less than adequate. The bathroom light need to be two of them because the one that was there, wasn't centered to the mirror, so it was dark on half of the mirror.

It was very outdated.. the hallways looked very old creepy and moldy.. the carpet should be replaced.. looks like there was some renovations but not worth $175.00 for one night. The breakfast was trash could most definitely been better.. Overall not worth $175.00..

I liked the location being that it was downtown. And 15 mins from lookout mountain.. Right off the interstate in which that is a plus..

The location was off the beaten path and Thier wasn’t much around the hotel. The hotel is a little bit older.

Would like breakfast options of bacon and sausage each day. Eggs were good. Don't feel like the value was there for a one night stay for 170.00 ish.... We stayed for much less in Dec.. Would like to see more stability in prices or a bigger discount if we are coming to an event at the Signal.

We have stayed here several times when we have come down to the Signal for concerts.

Breakfast was just okay... know it's about what's going on in the city, but we were very happy with the price we paid in Dec. Back in Spring and price is significantly higher for that time. Wish there was more price consistency, or perks for repeat customers.

Breakfast was just okay.... however, love the location. we attend concerts at the Signal and this is a great place to crash , close to the venue. Staff are super friendly!

The location of the property was a bit sketchy but the view of the mountain kinda saved it. The staff was great. However, I wish that they’d let people know in advance that will be charged an additional $100 for your stay. A couple of the lights didn’t work. It wasn’t seamless. You can tell that they were upgrading or upgraded the rooms. The paint job was little bit sloppy.

I got the bang for my buck.

Only gripe I had was that the key cards kept failing. We had to get about five different replacements; we purposely kept them from making any contact with our phones or anything that cause it to happen, but it kept happening. Now that’s not that big of a deal since we could just walk down to the desk and get a replacement; but if we were elderly or disabled, then this would obviously be a much bigger problem.

Staff was fairly polite. Rooms seemed cleaned and well kept. Location was great, walking distance from downtown Chattanooga, right next to the freeway so getting around was easy. Price was good for what you get.
