Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was a little dinghy and the bathroom very small.
The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Was nice to have the fridge in the room and a good amount of places to spread things out. Enjoyed having a pop tart for breakfast too

Bed was sunken. Room too heavy in deodorizer. Price too high for this age/ condition. Its a $45 room.

Very clean. Everything in room in good shape (or brand new) with little sign of wear. Comfortable bed. Easy check in & out.

This motel was just right for me for an overnight stay - it was in a good location, quiet, clean and I felt safe. La Junta was big enough to offer a few restaurants to choose from and I would return the next time I am passing through this area.

That it was very windy that weekend in La Junta. I'm pretty sure we can't blame that on the Stagecouch though 🙂
Kim who is the "front desk" guru who was fantastic and very helpful. Quiet, no frills, but clean and comfortable.

Our room was next to the metal stairs and when someone rolled their suitcase over the stairs it was really loud.
The desk person helped us find a restaurant and even called to make sure it was open and told them he was sending us over.

There’s some deferred maintenance in the rooms like obvious patch jobs on walls and peeling paint/plaster in bathroom. But for a stop on a road trip it’s fine. We would have appreciated a low carb/sugar option for breakfast. Like hard boiled eggs but at this price point not complaining! Also decaf coffee option would have been nice.
Great value! The bedroom/main area updated with nice bedding. There were water bottles available in room. The front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. There were things available for breakfast.

There are trains that run through LaJunta. I dought there are any motels/hotels that don't have to hear it at the street crossings..it is what it is. But it did stop sometime after 10- ish.🤷
Clean. Easy to find. Gentleman at the desk was great. No frills but comfortable.

Overall it was fine as is and was what we expected for the reasonable price.
We traveled to the area for a family member's wedding. We had extended family stay at this same hotel along with some groomsmen, in total 8 rooms, 17 people total I believe. We were not looking for a 5 star hotel as to accommodate varied budgets, so this place worked great. The rooms are very clean and no foul odors (cleaning staff were friendly too), the showers were nice and warm, the location of this 30 room motel is central to everything, and the manager Kim was very kind and helpful. This is a solid choice for a 3 star motel!!!

Price was a little higher than I expected for the location/season/facilites
The motel was recently remodeled as it looks very good, well done with a nice style. The bed and mattress was extremely comfortable. The sheets were very soft and nicer than many of the high quality 4-5 star hotels I have stayed in!!!

The air conditioner was putting out a moldy smell. When we informed the staff they were very apologetic and were glad we had told them so they could remedy the problem.
Location, staff was very nice and helpful.

It is a older hotel but for the most part in good shape, I didn't like that the door didn't feel secure, I was on the second floor and I couldn't see going down the stairs need some lighting, and a key drop box would be helpful because the office is locked at early hours
