The room that we stayed in it wasn’t clean very well. The paper towels that were in the kitchen were wet and yellow. I think that room had been sitting for a while. It smelt a little stuffy in there.

The amenities were great the pool and all the extra stuff around the property that you can do was awesome. You really don’t have to go anywhere.

Need updated plumbing fixtures. Internet was slow so streaming movies was very frustrating. Wish you could improve that system. The kitchen needs more hand towels and dish cloths.

This is our third stay at Star Island. We love all the room in the Villa. The plumbing fixtures need to be replaced as it was difficult to turn tap water off and on. The villa is clean and having a kitchen is great. I imagine we will continue to meet there each Spring.

Would love to have tees for the drivig range, the only ones they had were broken tees we were lucky to find stuck in the ground. Some things in the room were a little damaged from wear and tear but still usable, totally understandable. The stove had coil electric burners which didn't all work and some wouldn't sit straight so the pans would be lopsided. 3 of the 4 burners worked so wasn't terrible. Everything else was great! Considering how many people they accommodate, it's a great deal. We had a really good time.

The location is very convenient and near lots of attractions restaurants and stores. The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained and always plenty of fun things for guests of all ages to do. The staff is always a joy and are so great about making sure everyone is enjoying themselves. We had issues with our hot water in our room the first night and the jets in the tub weren't working. The staff made sure to have everything fixed immediately. They put new heating elements in the hot water heater and fixed the short in our tub. They were quick kind, and very respectful. We were pleasantly surprised given this was during spring break, one of their busiest times, but they made sure we were taken care of promptly. We had such an amazing time! This was our second time visiting, can't wait to come back.

Spa services weren't as expected and disappointing for what we paid for. Also, disappointing to stay 6 days and not be able to get fresh towels swapped out without paying additional fees.

Karaoke until 11pm is a bit much. It was loud until then, every night.

Nice big deluxe single room with full kitchen, king bed, full living room with dining table, and jacuzzi in room. Easy to get in and out of resort. Lots of activities daily, I don’t take part though.

Accommodation was tired and could do with a makeover. There was an adjoining door with the adjacent suite which needed identifying as such along with instructions for guests not to try and open it unless both suites are being utilised by one party. Noise transmission via the floor, ceiling, and walls of adjoining suites intrusive on occasions.

Good location for visiting Disney parks and Universal Studios, plus east and west coast. Plenty of car parking and good guest facilities. The suite was spacious and comfortable and everything worked (or was fixed when reported. Staff very helpful and issued raised were rapidly dealt with.
