The place was nice a little outdated but clean and nice, Housekeeping when requested were great. I felt very secure staying at the Wyndham-Star Island Property.

United States of AmericaGPS directs you to rear of the property and puts you in a trailer park. Property is not accessible from there. Had to call and get proper directions. Had to listen to a hard sell of time share in order to get parking pass.

United States of AmericaWell, not having someone try to break into our room would have been a much better start! For some VERY strange reason, somehow a clerk gave a the same key to another guest and they tried to get into our room busting the slide lock on our door. We spoke with Guest Services and found out they had both A and B (we were in B). We had been given the room first and had just unpacked everything and were not willing to move. The person trying to get into the room was certainly not very happy, but neither were we! They finally found them another room. VERY DISCONCERTING beginning to our stay! We also had some problems with the stoppers in our sinks in the bathroom. They kept popping up and wouldn’t hold water. Maintenance had to come up a couple of times to work on them. And the washer and dryer were EXTREMELY NOISY! But we just dealt with that.
Not sure what breakfast you’re talking about. We cooked our own in our room.

United States of AmericaThe insides of my cabinets were full of dirt/crumbs, and it took multiple calls/messages and eventually a call to a manager to get ahold of someone days before my stay when I needed to add a day. Also my second room had no conditioner and soap.

United Kingdomcheck in was at 4pm BUT our room wasn’t ready when we turned up at 16:05! we were told to go to guest services to get a code for parking however this turned into a sales pitch. Nelson was the gentleman we spoke to and although he was very sweet and doing his job, we were not impressed or happy with the fact that his main aim was to get us to attend a sales meeting with the lure of $100 and discounted park tickets!! After 50 minutes we reluctantly agreed to attend the meeting and were asked to pay $40 deposit to secure our space, to which we said NO to. at 17:15 again we asked for our room keys and by this time our room was ready!!! my husband and I are both in sales and it was very clear that our room not being ready was just a way of them retaining our attention to sell to us! we were disgusted and needless to say we did not attend the meeting! the park tickets were not ‘specially’ discounted as I went online and found that Sea World were offering the same deal! We had already ore-paid for our stay, £475 for five nights, yet the day before we checked out another £475 had been taken out. on the morning of check out I went to the main desk to ask for the money to be refunded. I was told that they do not have access to payments and were unable to help. I was told to go to Guest Services again and a very unhelpful lady said it was nothing to do with her so I went back to the main desk. at this stage we were then running late for our flight. the last at the main desk told me I needed to contact Wyndham direct as they were not part of the company she worked for. having a UK mob I was not prepaid to pay for this call so asked her to make the call on my behalf. she did this reluctantly! overall the studio was lovely but the deceit at check in and unhelpful staff made us NOT want to ever visit again!!! it should be made very clear when booking that this apartment is on a time share complex and you will be SOLD too whether you like it or not!!

Also, you have to pay for your towels if you need additional towels. They did not inform us of what was included. They simply tried to sell us a timeshare after I checked in
I did not like anything about this hotel. Please look at the pictures I uploaded. It is a bugs in my room. The garbage never taken out at. I had to pay $27 for the housekeeping service room after being there for 6 days. Also no broom or dustpan. No laundry in the building nasty hotel
