The room was not cleaned well enough, the floor was dirty, and there was female hair all over the place.

The location was good, right next to the police station. The check in details were clear and all good.

1) As seems to be the fashion for high end places, the blinds and curtains do very little to cut out the ambient light at night. To make matters worse, at least on the ground floor, they've got bloody floodlights outside the windows that mean you have to either have a mask or another yourself in pillows to get to sleep. I could practically have read a book with how much light was coming in. 2) One ply toilet paper. Seriously guys, Motel6 has got you beat. The random basement AirBnB stay I had has got you beat. You *need* to have some decent 3ply at this price range. 3) No hand soap at the vanity. Maybe you're only meant to wash your hands at the kitchen sink, but I'd rather some handsoap at the vanity. 4) No laundry powder. Not that hard to put a couple of packets in easy view near the washing machine.

The location is an easy 20 minute work from a wide variety of restaurants and attractions, as well as a supermarket if you're inclined to cook for yourself.

Cleanliness was on below average side, however after rewashing all dishes in the dishwasher the rest was easily acceptable. Noise insulation is however also below average and noise from both surrounding flats and outside air conditioning units can be quite disturbing.

Location is excellent, close to city center on foot, close to public transport, multiple shops in vicinity. The place is very well equipped incl, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, coffee machine etc.

The communications are a bit inaccurate, they are last minute, and excess number of emails. First note states the access codes will be sent day before arrival , then they change it to 3pm day of arrival. Be clear from beginning. Room has noise from road, and the curtain allow a lot of street light in at night. Everything else was good.

Overall a spacious clean room, moderate walk to city center. I did not need to park a car.

It’s a bit of a walk from the main spots. Nearest coffee shop was a 10 min walk. Besides a bunch of garages. Unit itself is okay. Neat and good to stay for a quick trip. The flush was broken so we had to keep lifting the lid open to consistently fix it for the water to flow back in. We were there for a last minute wedding, so it was okay since we were in and out in 2 days. Overall not a bad stay if you’re looking for an alternative to an Airbnb.

Very problematic to receive the key. I traveling for 12 hour to arrive, I did not receive the key in advance, when I arrived at the property there was nobody there, I had no wifi so I could not find the keys/passwords in order to enter the room. It took me two hours waiting outside until to find somebody to give me the wifi password in order to connect to internet. In addition, there is no place to leave your luggage. On the departure date I had to leave the property at 11.00 and my flight was in the evening, so I had to carry my luggage with me for the whole day.

The only suggestions are, provide paper towels and a lap blanket for relaxing on the couch. Maybe a local map? The “phone” did not work, even to contact another room in the building.

The bed was snug for 2 friends sharing. The generator was a little noisy outside the bedroom window but once you were asleep it was ok.

The location was great, walkable to the attractions and subway system. The apartment was spacious enough for a short stay to visit Philly. Modern and kitchen plates etc all provided.
