You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

A Grassy area for pets
I did not participate in the breakfast. Your employees are friendly and the room was clean and nice. I would stay again. The only negative thing was there wasnt much grass around for people with pets. Not a big deal. Very happy with your hotel.

A lot of police activity. Definitely frequented by some questionable characters.
Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Big TV. Great water pressure. Cool staff, pretty good location. Great value. Food across the street. Gas stations next door.

No hot water in shower. Light in room didn't work. AC was very noisy with strange sounds.
Rooms were very clean. Beds were plush. We were looking for a quick clean place to spend the night and this room was perfect for that. Staff was friendly.

Small item. There was no plug in between the beds for phones. But they did have other outlet locations in the room.
The room was clean. They put us in the back so it was nice and quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly. It was convenient to the highway, restaurants, etc.

although the inside is newly renovated, the structure is not! our room sloped in as soon as walked in the door, making the door not flush with floor. it rained that night and rain came in under the door and ran down the slope on the floor . causing a puddle in the middle of the floor. Walls very thin, can hear all traffic noise and people talking.
The property is newly renovated, very comfortable beds and pillows, nice shower with water fall shower head . perfect height for tall people

we were woke. up by people yelling around 2 in the morning. You could hear it pretty clearly. Not sure if they were hotel guests (which the hotel obviously can’t control) or if it was just the area/neighborhood. They also had very odd modern shades on the windows that didn’t totally black out the light and made us feel a bit exposed.
It was recently renovated (March 2023) and had all new furniture and updates. Great recessed lighting which I’ve never seen in a budget stay and really nice wall lamps plus small reading lamps next to the bed. Bed seemed new and was quite comfy. The bedding was not only clean but cozy too. Both staff members we dealt with were extremely nice.

The floor was bare concrete and honestly was a little cold to walk on. That was the only thing I would complain about .

I don’t like the gap in the doorway between the ground and the door. the gap is very large and type of critter could come into our room

Green space for a pet is nowhere to be found without crossing a very well traveled road
Breakfast is not offered at the location. The location is very near I-75 on the southwest side off a very busy road that seems to be quite popular with people who run their vehicles speeding loudly down the highway. Noise levels are ok but with fan on, it quiets the effects quite a bit. Rooms are relatively recently updated and were clean and pretty well done
