My room was on the first floor and the guests on the 2nd floor right above me were exceedingly inconsiderate with noise. I wish that motels/hotels would take that into consideration when fitting guests to rooms - to spread the guests further away from each other when they have the room to do so.

This facility was better than the average I have stayed in before. It was nice, clean, and staff was attentive and helpful.

There were only 2 things I was disappointed with. The first being that the vending machines weren't working and I had some hungry kiddos. Of course, it was late enough that everything in town was closed so the only option was a trip back into Delta. The second was that I wasn't even aware of the firepit/grill/horseshoe area until very late the night before we left in the morning. It's a cute little area and my kiddos would've loved for mom to build a small fire and roast marshmallows, maybe even hot dogs or burgers for lunch or dinner. Other than those 2 things it was a very enjoyable mini vacay away from all the rush of the city. * I never addressed this with the hotel but our reservation listed a hot tub or whirlpool tub in our room but it was just a standard tub*

Breakfast was amazing! It was so nice to have a personalized hot breakfast (omelets) rather than the traditional hot buffet style breakfast. KB is a wonderful cook! All the staff was very attentive and accommodating to any needs we came across. The night shift clerk, whose name I can't remember, made our check in a breeze! All around a genuinely super friendly staff! ! The pool, which is why we stayed there, was perfection! Our room was directly beside the pool, making it so convenient. The water in both the pool and hot tub was the absolute perfect temperature. They had a couple pool noodles, a floating ring toss game, and some dive sticks, which was nice as they aren't usually provided. It can get a bit loud in the pool area, but then I suppose it tends to get loud anywhere with 3 kids (5, 6, 11). In our room was the most wonderful pull out sofa I've ever had the pleasure of sitting and sleeping on. I actually preferred it over the king sized bed! All in all we had an excellent, relaxing, fun stay at the Wise Inn in Cedaredge. We definitely will be planning another stay again soon!

Very good customer service. Front desk lady was very kind. We were welcomed with fresh warm cookies and popcorn after a long drive. The next day my granddaughter came and loved the pool, she also got to enjoy fresh cookies.

Dragging the suit cases up and down the very steep stairs. The call checking to see if we were still coming at 830 pm. Parking was a bit scary and dark outside but there were no problems.

Breakfast was amazing. The lady made us a real omlet. Coffee was good. Indoor pool and hot tub looked very clean. Ice machine worked well. Building was quiet and we slept well.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was scrumptious. Impressed by the offerings in the frozen food vending machine. Everything from frozen pasta Alfredo to Klondike bars. The meal choices were great and the prices even better, perfect for guests arriving too late to go out to eat. The chocolate chip cookies and fresh lemon water in the lobby were a nice touch, too!
