More vending options would have been a huge plus. But it's right across the street from plenty of food and drink options. So it's not all bad.

Room was clean. Smelled great. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was easy to setup. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans to utilize for cooking.

We were staying here to take care of our mother who had been hospitalized. The staff was amazing! Understood our dilemma and worked with us throughout our three week stay. They were all caring and very accommodating. When we needed anything they were there for us. It was a clean facility, inside and out. Close to many different dining options. All of us felt safe and would definitely reserve a room again.

No hooks on doors to hang things, no drawers , laundry is too expensive , shower curtains are too high , they need more cooking things to rent out from the front.

That it is brand new and affordable . Love the extra doors that keep people out who shouldn’t be here.

Everything is brand new big suites has everything that you would need if you like to cook only down side is that there is no breakfast other than that I really enjoyed my stay

We went there because of weather to be safe and watch the storms on TV so we knew to get in the bathroom we have experienced a tornado and try to go to a safe place if bad weather since we live in a trailer and the TV went out as soon as the weather got here it was terrible

Advertised as pet friendly, but I was charged an extra $50 dollars since the pet was not an ADA. Responsible pet owners who keep pets from messing anything up in the room should not be charged especially if the hotel advertises they are "Pet friendly." This would not have been an issue for me had I not been somewhat surprised by the extra charge. My stay was short. An additional $25 a day can add up quickly for those with extended times. A $335ish stay for two nights (check in time was 3:00PM for first day) turned into almost a $400 dollar stay with the added charge. The distinguishing factors should be more apparent as people are reserving the room online. The beds are not as comfortable as they should be given the price you pay for the room. Also keep in mind that the staff do not operate like a traditional hotel staff. While they are friendly when you encounter them, you may have to reach out using the emergency number they provide to find someone during certain times. At checkout, no one was there to provide a receipt... had to go and search for someone.

The room itself was spacious. Everything you would likely need is available. It's basically like a decently furnished apartment. The location is great with many stores and dining options close by.

Absolutely no table, drawer, or luggage valet to put a suitcase on. All luggage/clothing stays on the floor. Tiny counter in vanity, no room for toiletries. Slippery/very slick shower. Had to use a towel in bottom of shower while showering. One towel hook, no place to hang towels, other than over protruding shower rod, thus dripping all over floor. No lighting in bedroom area other than landing strip lighting all over ceiling to wake the dead. One exception… tiny pin light near each bed but nothing anyone can use. No plugs, nightstands, or place to plug anything in such as clock, watch, breathing machine, etc. The hardest most uncomfortable chair and two seater sofa, about like park bench. The absolute worse was no 24 hr office to go to if doors don’t open or key card does no work. Supposed to be able to download key to phone but that was not working. It is such a problem that desk offers extra key cards to keep in car “just in case” you get locked out. No living room table, end table or anything. One TV tray/laptop was the only surface in LR. Will NEVER ever stay at one of these again! Staff was fine, its not their fault. Poor planning and design. Beds were fine
