No hangers in closet, no hairdryer, no lotion. When you are traveling it’s these little things that make a big difference. Dirty dishes in dishwasher that weren’t washed so I ran the dishwasher and washed them…which made the dishwasher leak all over the kitchen floor. Both chair and sofa worn and dirty. Front office not open the hours stated on window or website. Hours said opened 7 am. I was down there and no one showed up. No one showed up at 7:39, 7:45 or 8 am. I waited until 8:15 and left. Office still not open and I needed shower gel (not refilled before I got there and had none for my shower). When I stopped by in the late afternoon she stated they were short handed and she was late getting to work. That doesn’t help customers who need something.

cleanlyness was not good at al. Inside the kithen, certain cabinets were dirty, but mainly the floor had not been cleaned with water since longtime. It was very sticky and when whipping on it with a tissue, it was immediately very dirty. Toilet seat was also completely loose.

It was very loud. Could hear doors when people were coming and going. The courtyard idea is nice, but really loud.

I was told upfront that the front desk operated like an office, not really like a hotel. Good managing expectations. The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating.

There were some guys on the court yard partying, and it was past the quiet time. Using alcohol and weed. with children at the property.

The staff is excellence!! The place is very confortable and clean. You will have the principal kitchen amenities. The bed is so confortable.

Sheets were uncomfortable, dishwasher didn't work, no drawers for clothing, no hangers in closet, only one hook in bathroom. In general, could be a little more "fit out."

The water pressure at the bathroom sink was not good. Wish there were some cleaning supplies or dish detergent in the room.

Nothing major since I was alone but there were no dishes and no dish soap.

Being set up like an actual apartment was nice. The separation of the room and living room with 2 tvs would definitely be a convenience if I had my family with me.

The walls between rooms were so thin that I could hear the person in the room next door open their blinds. I could hear them sneeze. The bed was pretty firm and not super comfortable, but it was fine for two nights.

The room was a great size and layout. The kitchen had pretty much everything you could need and everything was clean.

Staff was amazing - friendly, extremely fast in resolving an issue regarding my room (resulting from an understandable human misunderstanding between staff and not upsetting to me at all). Apartment style was great for solo traveler. Patio looked nice (did not use.)

The deadbolt lock would not lock. The iron was not clean. It would have been nice to have extra shelving or drawers as an extended stay patron.

The staff were helpful and always pleasant. It was nice to have full kitchen for my extended stay. Room access was from inside the locked courtyard area so felt safe.

Need more better pots/pans and a little deeper cleaning of appliances

Very comfortable and I felt like I was at home. It is set up like a small apartment. You can even wash/dry clothes right there. It was quiet and I felt safe. It's near a Walmart that is in walking distance. The heat and air system was excellent.

When the upstairs tenants walked it was very loud. I'm sure their movements were normal but the sound was really amplified. Property owners may consider sound dampening or insulation as a possible solution.

The staff was great! The suite I stayed in was perfectly located. The setup was lovely and the property was secure. I enjoyed my stay at stayAPT Suites. Thank you!

Every time am in Raleigh I stay at this location. Feels like my own Apartment. I have stayed there for just a week and also a month. I have recommended it to most of my coworkers (RTP) traveling in for work and they love it Clean - quiet- fast internet 👌🏾 For the price it's a deal
