I didn’t like I didn’t have the room I booked the first day staying there. But my second day they put me in the correct room!

Walking around the hotel in the evening is unpleasant.

Location is close to Baltimore's harbor, the hotel is wheelchair accessible. The room has a kitchenette. Sleeping is comfortable and so is the shower. Close to a mall across Hard Rock Cafe and the Aquarium.

The breakfast was so lovely. Always being replenished, and the lady on breakfasts was always happy to help. The room was clean and very well equipped. Huge fridge, working hob, kitchen utensils. Good supply of towels and dove products. Iron and board, plus complimentary laundry. They also had a gym. Rooms were large and bed very comfy.

The room was as per the pictures, but a bit outdated to my taste. Missing toiletries for the 1st night, like toothbrush and toothpaste. For the cost of one night one would expect that. Breakfast was included, there is definitely room for improvement though.

The location is good, one of the safer areas of Baltimore i would say. There are free buses and other lines available around which makes it easier to move around if you are not familiar with the city. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, shower cap were available. The staff was lovely and efficient for check in and check out.

The staff was so friendly. The room was so clean and spacious. The old building is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Great place!

The AC didn't work very well, but the maintenance person was gone - however the front desk guy came up and we did get it working it somehow - it didn't bother me, it was just one of those things.

Breakfast was very good. Location was perfect and the room was huge and had far more than we needed or expected.

carpet seemed 'dirty', am sure they vacuum it daily when switching out the rooms

The gym was super dated and my exercise options were limited.

It was very well kept and the front desk staff were amazing! Made my first trip to Baltimore so comfy!! I will be back if I ever go to Baltimore again.

Didn’t realize there was a ton of sex shops and gentlemen clubs right behind the hotel. Not ideal when traveling with little ones. So families, be aware.

Hotel was beautiful, clean, and a short walk away from the Inner Harbor. Free breakfast was excellent and good options. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Also, look into the history of the building itself, interesting.

The parking situation is a bit frustrating, but such is city life.

Front desk was prompt in dealing with some rowdy guests down the hall and handled the situation appropriately. Rooms were clean and comfy, having the full kitchen was a wonderful bonus. Beautiful building!

Soundproofing was good but it’s still a low-rise building and you may hear loud noises on the street on the weekend. Breakfast was hotel standard buffet.

Enormous room with super high ceilings. Full kitchen. Bathroom countertop was probably 15 feet long! Location was easy walking distance to the harbor. Cool vintage touches in the building.

Hard to get wet under modern flow control shower head.

This location oozes charm and old world luxury. So glad we stayed here rather than a generic chain hotel. Staff was absolutely amazing, I'm not used to people actually caring about doing a good job.
