The master bedroom at suite 403 has a loud noise when the A/C is on. Impossible to sleep, it made my nights miserable. Sofa was very dirty. The young blond Desk attendant was not polite, she was not able to give us the info that we need and I even couldn’t understand her well because she speaks so fast. Even my husband that is American he couldn’t understand her well. Very disappointed. Plus we want to pay in cash (which was possible according that girl) in the end if our stay and the day of checkout we couldn’t. Elevator sucks, only one for staff and guests. Super slow!

Stayed 2 nights and didn't get our room cleaned after the first night. Not worried about bedding but could've used more towels and coffee. Ceiling in bathroom needs painted. Breakfast buffet was missing pastries, milk and bowls at 9 am.

The room was nice, kitchen had dishes, met our needs.

On arrival the room Assigned was not ready .. bed unmade , trash overflowing and bathroom a mess. I was quickly given another room.

Room booked had a seperate Bedroom we were given and told Rooms do not have seperate Bedrooms , this is not as seen on Booking .Com The Hotel needs to explain why the Room you book is not the same as provided ,this to us is misleading

The beds and couch could have been a little more comfortable and updated. The rest of it however was updated and clean and very well kept.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast served daily was excellent and there was plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy it. We all really enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day we were there for the week. The kitchen area was nice and clean and very nice to have. Also it being pet friendly and having the fenced in courtyard to allow our little dog to roam was great also. Our stay was Mon-Fri during July and I was working with my family staying to be with me and it was just a great experience. The entire family really enjoyed this hotel and location.

Elevator is not cetralized(not much can be done about that, I am sure of)). But, some may find the elavator's location an inconvenience and rather problematic. Housekeeping did a poor job at cleaning restroom... A lot of human hair was left on the floor, behind the bathroom door. Sunlight exposed a lack of dusting on the surfaces of the tables and TV Stand...Very dusty Housekeeping lacked cleaning behind furniture...Empty water bottle left behind the television stand. Overall good stay and quiet. Could use a little attention to detail with the housekeeping. The breakfast was okay. Attendant appeared to struggle to keep the coffee and food available for the guests. So, guests did have to wait awhile for more food and beverages could be replenished. The only attendant to be overwhelmed with cooking and serving. She did try to do her best, I believe. I did mention my observations to the front desk, and I hope they truly view these comments and take the appropriate action for potential future guests.

The room was a nice size. Very spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and I liked the convenience of having a full-size fridge and stove available.

There was a lot of people congregating in the parking lot and partying I didn't find that appealing when there was a lot of families also I feel like they could use more security around the common areas indoors they were in the middle of remodeling.

The room was very well thought out and also affordable and they were accommodating with my bad back or so-called disability. And let me check into a very comfortable room that was clean.

Would have liked the hand towels & wash cloths replenished more often. Person in adjacent room alarm clock went off at 2:30 am two mornings in a row.

The breakfast was very good. However, the staff did not mention it when I checked in nor did they tell me about the dinner option Monday to Wednesday so I missed on the good food & wonderful cookies that lady makes on Monday night.
