We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The front desk staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The facilities were well maintained. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots of different options to suit any dietary need.

The customer service upon arrival was not very friendly but however more sarcastic but I'm not gonna let one employee ruin it all. And I believe they could have done better with the breakfast it was good but more variety would have been perfect.
Staybridge Hotel Denton was great, it had great location and the rooms where perfect. I like the fact that it had a private room and even a mini kitchen in it. Perfect shopping nearby. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future

United States of AmericaThe only thing was the bedroom TV had no signal. The maintenance guy came to take a look, but the cable box was missing. The TV in the living room worked fine. We just normally enjoy watching a little Tv before going to sleep.
Nice, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

United States of AmericaThe staff were a little if-y. I had to ask the same question a couple of times. The young lady at checkin could have cared less. The gentleman who answered the phone at the front desk was a little condescending. I came off a very long drive and there was no ice in the freezer and you had no ice machine. The ice machine in the room was shut off so it was a long time before it made any. No one at the desk to check out and no sign indicating when they would return. So we just left.
The room was very nice. The breakfast was great. The price was pretty reasonable.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was a bit lacking as it did not really offer as much as I was expecting. I believe there should be a second waffle making machine and there needs to be a wider variety of foods available and there should be enough staff there watching to ensure that there is food (i.e. fruit) available.
The experience I had with Jason at the front desk during check-in was by far the best I've had, and I travel quite often. He was very, very friendly and made me and my family feel very welcomed! He is definitely a valuable asset to the business!
