The one issue with the room was the suite we were in only had one air vent blowing AC so if you shut the bedroom doors then the bedrooms got hot and you couldn't feel the cool air. Also, the first night we were there, someone previously spilled something on the carpet and it was wet. We found popcorn in the pull out sofa bed so I don't know how well that gets cleaned because if anyone would have opened it, they would have seen it and should have picked it up. Housekeeping doesn't come on the weekends, so anything we needed we had to go downstairs to the front desk to get. The breakfast seemed to be portioned each day because several times they "ran out" of waffle mix and there was still an hour and half before they closed down the breakfast. It seemed like once items at breakfast were gone that was it so if you didn't wake up right when it opened then you missed out.

The pool area was bigger than most hotels, but the water was freezing. There was also an outside basketball court which our children enjoyed. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Breakfast included was a plus. The soaps included in the room were Dove brand, which was nice and unexpected. We also didn't hear the other guests while in our room so either they were quiet or the walls worked well in blocking out the sound.

The pool and hot tub is great. Clean and beautiful. The laundry facilities are wonderful and free! After hurricane Ian destroyed our home on Pine Island, it's been great to have while we continue to rebuild.

The front desk staff were friendly and timely. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great: a lot of variety and very fresh! Overall, this was a great stay for one night. We would love to come back to stay longer to enjoy the beautiful patio, pool, etc.

Not a big deal, but one thing I didn't like is that the gate that leads to the basketball court was locked. My kids wanted to play basketball, but they would've had to go in the inside and out another door. Since they're young, I would've needed to go with them, but I was relaxing near the pool & don't know if there was somewhere for me to sit by the court. If I would've stayed in the pool area & in the event something happened, it would've took extra time to scan my card to go inside and out the other door.

Several things I liked about my stay is the breakfast (especially important when having multiple family members), pool/spa/outside area, late check out, if there was an issue, it was addressed promptly and with ease, friendly/knowledgeable staff, available parking, clean/neat room (including having Dove soap, hand wash, lotion, shampoo & conditioner), LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.
