Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Wished you had more silverware and cookware. No indoor pool for the cooler times in the winter months.
We enjoyed the Social Time in the early evening.. We met some other people from other parts of the US and have stayed conneced.

Shower needed some Tilex to knock out mildew in the grout.
Great size room. Really nice to have the kitchenette. Perfect for family weekend for sports tournament.

As a family of 5 I had to go to the front desk after ariving for more towels and covers for the sofa bed. The kitchenette had small bugs around the sink, so we didn't use it. I used the computer in the business center only to find out the printer doesn't work. The administrator did print my tickets to the park for me which was really nice of her.
The breakfast was great. Love the turkey and chicken choices. The bags of ice were really convenient too.

There should have been at least 2 elevators. Had to wait for an empty elevator quite a few times. There were either guests with dogs or guests with multiple carts on elevator and we had to wait because our mother is in a wheelchair and we couldn’t fit.
The room was bigger than I expected. It had plenty of space and loved the kitchen. We didn’t have to spend money on take out because we cooked for ourselves. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend

First, animals lots of dogs. I was under the impression they would only be on the 4th floor but they were everywhere. When walking to the elevator they would be barking and scratching at the door. In the elevator they would be sniffing at my legs. I have allergies and have to take shots at times so I ran out of my meds.
Nice place It’s off the highway enough to be quiet. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful.

They did not change the sheets on the bed at all , the week we were there that’s discussing and didn’t clean our room at all mid week and the breakfast was nasty that has to get better people will get sick on that stuff they put out.

As soon as we walked in the room it smelled like urine. It finally went away when the air ran for an hour. There were 2 entire floors of teenage kids that kept running up the halls and slamming doors. When we got downstairs for breakfast in the morning it was wiped out.

The queen bed was a bit small for me and my wife.

The only problem was that my sons and their wives had a second room, and their was an issue with cleanliness. A very dark stain on the wall going I to the bathroom. When I told the front desk, she informed me that there was no other room to move to since they were booked up. She also said she would send housekeeping to clean first thing in the AM. That never happened, and they dealt with it the entire weekend.
Very good location. It was a really nice hotel. The rooms were big and spacious. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and the basketball court. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

We asked if someone to help fix our tv. We were told they would the following day; We never had anyone come up and fixed the tv.

For the cost of my stay I encountered problems with the lighting(burned out bulbs), bedroom TV remote(no volume control) and the condition of the hide-a-bed mattress and the crumbs beneath it. I also did not enjoy the variety of breakfast foods that were offered ( more pork products, grits and egg choices)
I liked the location and proximity to shopping & family amusement facilities.
