No bath? Seems to be an American thing. No light on the celling... Which I found odd. Coffee maker was a bit naff and didn't give a decent or piping hot coffee. But maybe I am just nick picking now....

Location was great. Room nice and big with a big TV. Good shower. Easy to find whenever going out and coming back from days travelling. Funky decorations with games downstairs makes for a different experience.

The location was beautiful. Near the country but also the freeway. Staff were laid back but attentive and very friendly. The room was spotless. The kitchenette was so perfect to make my own meals.

The staff were pleasant enough but the front desk people looked like we had just woken them up. not professional at all, frumpy sweatshirts on. they did their job but just didn’t strike me as hotel staff- they could have at least had on a polo shirt or something that made them look somewhat professional especially for a business class hotel. Also some of the food for breakfast ran out and it took forever to replace it. it wasn’t even close to the end of breakfast time.

When we arrived there was a bowl of food from previous guest in the refrigerator. The coffee make still had the leftovers from the previous guest in the machine. We ran out of tissues almost immediately with no replenishment.

I did not get the room that I booked, there was hair all over the place in my room. We found a dirty sock under the bed. The pool was closed for repairs and we were told that when we booked, but were promised it would be up and functional when we arrived. The pool was not open, but that was beyond there control due to finding a crack.

Robert was great!! The faciality was very nice and overall clean. I was told that the room that I booked they did not have and that I would have to contact bookings to get a refund. I was not happy, but on the day of checkout Robert asked how my stay was during breakfast. I explained what had happened and he made it right.. He did advise that the front desk staff is new and do have hands tied in what they are able to do. Overall the stay was pleasant and the fact that Robert made it right goes a long way. I will be back.

There wasn’t much to do outside the property. We drove 1.5 hrs to tour seaside.

I love that there’s a kitchen. Rooms are great sized. A fun campfire area to sit around and relax and visit. We rented 3 rooms total and had enough people to make this a fun trip.

Well I wasn't sure if my bed sheets were clean? They had a different scent, not a bleach scent like they'd been cleaned, but a different smell. I didn't say anything cause the rest of the room seemed to be fine.

The bag breakfast was good offering several selections . I understand with COVID precautions, guidelines are in place making it difficult to offer more options. I liked the Chobani yogurt as it's the only yogurt I'll eat, however it was a smaller size, I also liked having a fruit option. I don't drink juice or milk, and I try not to eat processed foods, so the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches & pastry I brought home to my husband.
