Our room should have been further away from the main street. Better insulation on the walls and windows would also reduce the noise of the traffic next to the building.

The location, staff and facility were excellent. It served our needs well. Parking was easy. Breakfast had a good variety.

If a room was booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and had a king sized bed and hud a bed - towels to accommodate all guests and bedding for the hide a bed should be in all rooms.

Breakfast was decent - would have liked to have seen individual yogurts. Staff at The front desk were great always accommodating to our needs.

It's a very nice property and we were very comfortable. They have a nice hot breakfast everyday, and evening snacks and drinks Monday - Wednesday. The pool was small but clean and comfortable. We also liked the access to the free washers and dryers. The suites were roomy and comfortable, including the sofa bed. The grocery store and cafes were a short half mile from the hotel. The service and staff were excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

despite the fact that the room was booked for a family of three, the third bed was not shot and there was no linen set. we had to go, ask for linen and make the bed ourselves, it is not clear why. and second - the air conditioner motor in the bedroom is unbearably loud. it shouldn't be like that, how can the motor be so loud?

Rooms felt luxurious, wonderful full breakfast with eggs, and breakfast meats and yogurt bar plus usual hotel waffles maker , cearel etc. Coffee 24hrs a day in lobby. Location was close to our Daughter's apartment so it worked for us. No restuarants or shopping within walking distance but not far away by driving. Lobby and breakfast area large and very nice and also tables and chairs on outside deck for breakfast dinning or hanging out too!

The air conditioner was noisy, like something was out of balance and in need of attention. Breakfast was pretty good, but there was no way way to split the bagels. The flatware and dishes in the room were a bit lacking.

Sometimes when people walked by in the hall outside the rooms you could hear their conversations just as though they were in the room. One of the staff members got in the elevator with us, was high as a kite, and reeked of weed. Due to COVID, the breakfast options are limited. The waffles and breakfast burrito were amazing, but the muffins were tiny… I wouldn’t mind so much except you can only pick two things, and we were imagining a larger portion to share.

I loved the spacious room and the quiet setting. There was a fully stocked pantry with lots of great snacks, sweets, drinks, and even ice cream. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a pool, a gym, and a laundromat. We had a lovely time.

Breakfast was almost non exsistent. You had to order the night before and pick up a brown bag in the morning. This was because of Covid. However, in the morning you found out they were out of what your ordered. There were no substitutions available. One night I ordered a waffle and an apple. The next morning I got only an orange and a spoon(?) in my bag.

Rooms bigger than I expected and very comfortable. I liked the idea of no room cleaning unless we asked for this or anything else.
