The comfort of the beds was not great (queen bed) Causing back pain to me and my partner, resulting in loss of sleep. Mattress seems to be extra firm!

The hot breakfast provided every morning was a very satisfying bonus with the stay. Delicious options and nicely prepared. Indoor pool and Hot tub was great amenities as well. Area was well maintained

We booked this place specifically for the indoor pool and hot tub but it was closed so that was a huge disappointment

The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable! The hotel was quite and peaceful.The staff was friendly. Good location with dining close by. I would stay here again.

The building is massive and trying to find my way to the office and then back to the room was not easy. I was on the 3rd floor and the elevators were on a different hallway. I got lost twice trying to find my room. The room was ok but the rest of the facility is outdated and felt dirty. For 170.00 on a Tuesday night it should have been better.

Coffee pot included in room was filthy and had built up water scum in the inside could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Only was one fork included in the kitchen. Very disturbing loud dog on our last night but other than that I definitely give this hotel a 9 out of 10.

The staff was very friendly, complimentary coffee included with breakfast was great. The facility was very clean and worth the price.

The carpet was dirty. Even when we asked to do additional vacuum cleaning, it didn't help.(we found someone's cut nail, fruit pits, and other dirt.) The pool is also dirty, they do not clean it often enough.

Weekend breakfast starts at 730 id keep it as 630 like the rest of the week. The sleeper sofas suck and only one remote for 2 tvs.

On arrival the desk Clerk was not helpful after I showed her my confirmation number she kept insisting she didn't have a reservation for me under that number instead of try to apologize and get me a room she then told me I could get a room but I would have to pay the walk-in price. At no time did she seem sorry for my inconvenience. we had a family 14 people to be staying there for that period my suggestion is to remind the employees that even if the guest is confused or and error was made in the system try to be emphatic to their needs. I have been in customer service for 40 years, and I know it can be difficult, but staying pleasant is the key to return business.

The employees that worked in the breakfast area were extremely pleasant throughout our entire stay they went above and beyond to make our experience good.

Extra linens were not in the room. No working lights in the living room. Not enough towels for 6 people. We did bring the issues up to the staff and we had to go to the front desk three times to pick up the towels, the bulbs and the linens.

no trust for guests—have to ask for everything like plates, utensils, cups. nothing in room unless you ask

friendly staff, walked us to our room and realized there was stain from bleach when we walk into room and cleaned it up
