I wish we stayed longer!

Exceeded our expectations in every way, the staff were excellent and the room was huge. I could quite happily live in one of these suites! Everything is clean, tidy and the facilities are fantastic. Can't fault it at all!

One of the bedframes is squeaky, and mattresses are not great.

Service service service! All staff are cheerful without being fake. Super clean and well-maintained. Not even the typical and expected wear and tear are visible. The room (a studio, I think) is large, well-furnished, and clean.

You can hear if someone is stomping or running around,dropping something heavy on the upper floor room at 11 pm if you are not lucky with people who will be staying above you.

Сlean,very friendly staff, good size of bed. I cooked on a kitchen in a room and had everything I needed. Breakfast is enough not to be hungry.

All was good with the exception of being understaffed and the actitudes of Mitchell. Asked for an early check in and he gave me the dummest answer, that check out was until 11 and he could not tell me. Called at 11 and he kept me waiting for more than 25 minutes until the call got disconnected. Called and Called an no one answered. Arrived at the property an no one was at the front desk. Used the phone to page and kept ringing for more than 10 minutes. Finally Mitchell showed up and told me to wait 20 minutes. At the end I came back at 2:40 and got into my room Marisol was the opposite. Helpful and sweet

The reps up front were alright but were really quiet and seemed unsure of themselves. Including one of the managers. At one point we were drying clothes in one of the dryers and had a timer set on our phone so we didn't leave it in the dryer. When we went down to get it someone had taken our clothes out. We went to the front desk, and the person there said they would check the cameras with the manager. We ended up finding our clothes in a different dryer than what we were using, fortunately. I don't feel confident that they were going to find anything out or do anything about it had our clothes actually been taken though. I recommend checking the clothes about every 15 to 20 min just in case.

The pool, fitness center, and complimentary breakfast are great. The quality of the food itself could've been better. The patio out back was also very pretty. The room we stayed in had just about anything you could possibly need like soaps, cooking utensils, and even a hair dryer.

The laundry room, the washer I used did not work properly. Not a big deal though.

My rooms were clean, the bed and pillows are AMAZING! So soft and comfortable, that I wanted to take them home with me. The towels were soft as well. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast as well as the pantry! I liked that the hotel was close to the places I needed to go to.

The only thing we were disappointed in was the breakfast. Monday's options were better. We like the oatmeal bar but not the undercooked oatmeal. Instead of open fruit and yogurt bar, individual yogurts and fruit,

The suite exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable with a lot of storage space to unpack for an extended stay. Beds were comfy! Very restful. Quiet. The location was perfect for our itenary.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like except that it was difficult to get in the W/D room to wash clothes because of all the people and they left their clothes in the washers and the dryers.

Breakfast was adequate. Nothing over the top.
