The hotel felt superficially clean and needs a deep clean. The tv also didn’t work.

No pool or hot tub as listed on the website

The manager Colleen was super friendly and helpful but the facility does NOT have a pool or hot tub as pictured on the website. I was supposed to be refunded $178.08 plus a $20 hold once we checked in. We never even made it to the room and discovered there is no pool since Covid. If you could help me get my refund, that would be great

No pool or hot tubs, the blankets on the bed did not go all the way to the top of the bed. Could hear the footsteps of the people above. Very loud

Whoever or whatever was above our room was very loud. Like someone was pacing back with lead feet when we were trying to sleep. One of the most interruptive nights sleep, and started up again early next day.

the person who was next door to me for the entire 2 weeks was EXTREMELY loud and obnoxious! He argued with someone every single day and night. It sometimes sounded like a woman was getting abused with the way she was screaming and yelling stop. I minded my business.

What I didn’t like was, while checking in customer service was bland and dry, rushed through nothing was explained attendant basically put her hand out for my card without explaining what the additional fees were, when I paid upfront. I had to ask what was this for?, then it was explained. That was my first issue. Secondly the indoor pool was closed. My last issue was upon check out, I called the front desk a half hour before check out, to let them know I needed a late check out, for both rooms, Jamie said no problem, but fifteen minutes after original check out time a attendant from the front desk approached my family members room and asked when they were checking out. I asked my family members if they were sure it was the front desk, and not housekeeping, because I called them already they informed me the lady definitely knocked and when they answered she informed them she was from the front desk and wanted to know when they will be checking out, which was a little rude if you ask me.

The breakfast and location was fine. The rooms were beautiful and clean. I requested my two rooms be close together and they were, absolutely lovely rooms. Cleanliness was definitely a 10.

Due to a large Saturday influx and exit of guests, our room was not available around 4:00PM Sunday for check-in, even though check-in was 3:00PM. The TV also did not work in the room. We were given a similar room, after no one could get the TV working in the first room. The staff apologized profusely for the problem.

The room was very clean, and the staff helpful. A good, hot shower and a good, hot breakfast were much appreciated!

There had to be some kind of party going on a few doors down that became annoying between about 12-1:30am. But it obviously didn’t last that long, and it was only loud enough that I heard it but it wasn’t terribly loud for me in my particular room.

This hotel is pretty much best (or at least amongst the top) case scenario for hotels of it’s genre/caliber. It’s clean, it’s inexpensive, it’s modern, it includes breakfast in a nice, large, modern dining area. It meets my standards and I travel a lot and am very picky about hotels. It’s no where near a luxury stay, but it’s a comfortable, clean, acceptable, travel stay.
