United States of AmericaI was surprised by the $20 parking fee. Breakfast was good but I have had better breakfasts at other IGH hotels.
The staff was friendly, helpful and gave good recommendations for local places to eat. The hotel was centrally located and close to the USAF base. Room was nice and comfortable and WiFi worked great.

FranceA bit pricy — though all hotels in the area seemed the same. The main parking lot was full, they have another one a couple blocks away, which is fine, but I wasn't prepared for that. Also, the "suite" is really one big bedroom with a kitchen.
It's a very good hotel for one night stay in Montgomery. Location is good, and the building seems new. It's comfortable overall and has everything you need. Breakfast buffet was well-stocked.

United States of AmericaHappy hour drinks and snacks were terrible. Better not to offer or advertise them at all. The "light" cleaning option was more like no cleaning at all.
Excellent location for seeing museums and legacy sites. Kitchenette had all the necessary items for preparing light meals. Many good options for dining nearby. The front desk staff were awesome, friendly and easy to contact.

Property is in a good location in downtown Montgomery. It looks fairly new, the rooms were laid out well & had good amenities (fridge, range, & kitchen sink). It was perfect for our family of 3 since we were traveling with an infant. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Montgomery

United KingdomThe staff member at reception cancelled our booking.com reservation due to a tech issue. Then charged us directly to stay at the hotel. We took a photo of the hotel computer screen of the cancellation and was told we could get a refund from booking.com. To date despite numerous messages to Booking.com and a telephone call and bank details showing the double payment, I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND!! Please please could someone from booking.com resolve this issue.

United KingdomBreakfast was basic and not replenished so make sure you get there with plenty of time, rooms were not cleaned daily (unless requested) although housekeeping staff were very accommodating and friendly.
My family and I stayed here for a wedding, great location and plenty of museums to visit and history to learn within Montgomery. Freddy at reception was an extremely helpful and polite member of staff, thank you!

The breakfast was AMAZING! More than what expected. The breakfast isle was hard to find. but I liked everything about this hotel. I'd rate it 5-star! I'd rate it 10 if I could. If I'd come back to Montgomery to stay at a hotel, it would be Staybridge!
