We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The pool area was VERY unkempt and the hot tub was cold, while the pool was warm. There were clumps of hair, slimy grime, broken tiles and grime in the pool. Felt like we were in dirty water. The patio area had slimy grime and cigarette butts on the ground. The basketball court was awesome, but the balls and fencing were all worn out or breaking apart. I just had a general overall feeling that the pool, patio, and basketball courts were not taken care of.
Breakfast, Room was very clean, extra amenities in room, basketball court, patio, FREE LAUNDRY!

The beds were pretty uncomfortable. And not a lot of options at breakfast & the food was over cooked / hard.

3 towels supplied for 3 adults and 3 children. Night clerk did not have access to additional supplies, including blankets and sheets. Insufficient dishes and silverware for 6. lack of cooking pots. No frypan.

The wall was so thin I could hear the man next door snore the whole night. He was so loud it woke me up twice. The bed was hard to get into because it was high. I'm not short.
Our suite exceeded my expectations. It had a full kitchen, 3 tvs, 2 baths. Perfect.

The breakfast options were very limited and odd compared to past stays at other Staybridge locations. Also, the menu shown for the week was not what was served. The room was okay, but a bit rundown compared to other rooms we’ve stayed in at other Staybridge locations. There were no plates, bowls, or silverware available in our suite.
Location was convenient to the event we traveled to attend. Room temperature was nice and suite was spacious.

Definitely was disappointed in the breakfast. It flat out sucked. Pool was closed but wasn’t told that during the booking. People above us must have been elephants because it was nuts how much noise they made. Elevator was outdated and slow.
Seemed to be in a safe area. Room was clean and a/c worked awesome. I liked you had to have a key to even enter the lobby.

Bathroom downstairs was clogged. Other than this small inconvenience everything was well.
Happy hour complimentary wine and beer was nice. Beds were extremely comfortable! Room was ready on time.

There was no notice on Booking. Com or the hotel website that the awesome looking indoor pool was under construction. This was a major reason I booked this hotel. When we checked in, we were given a sheet of paper stating the pool was under construction. We were extremely disappointed.

The pool and jacuzzi(one of the reasons I booked) both closed for construction. I wasn't told until I arrived. I expected more for the price.
The location was great. Rooms were nice and clean. I appreciated the accommodations when party arrived before myself.

Pool was closed for renovations, but they called and let me know before I checked in.
They had clean rooms, decent breakfast, and social snacks in the evenings on Monday through Wednesday.
