I didn't like the location of the television. We had to turn it towards the bed so that we both could see it and avoid the glare. But getting into bed from that side meant possibly hitting your head or shoulder.

Breakfast wasn’t ready at scheduled time, had to wait which put us behind in the next day travel times.

Staff seemed ambivalent about their job. Room was too bright at night for sleeping due to nightlight, hallway light from under door and thermostat. Sheets seemed a little yellowed color. Noise from the highway.

There was a nice kitchenette. Bed and pillows comfortable. Room very clean. Free breakfast which was adequate. There was an indoor pool which kids seemed to enjoy (didn't use).

I have stayed here 6x. The rooms are clean and spacious! The staff are always so helpful and friendly. The free breakfast is a REAL breakfast...eggs, bacon, Hashbrowns and much more. Location close to restaurants, stores. Excellent!

We were all pleasantly surprised , the size of the suite was AWESOME! I had my 4 grandchildren with me and we didn't feel cramped at all. Two tv's was a HUGE bonus as well! The room was really quiet and the kids enjoyed the pool! Breakfast was nice and the employees were all very friendly.

Nice hotel, except we couldn't figure out how to use the TV. An instruction sheet would be very helpful. Logic had nothing to do with operating it! We are not teenage girls who live and sleep with their phones!

The only problem that we experienced this visit was waking up to a rather large red ant or simular in my bed. Twice during my stay. I reported to the front desk and was offered a solution that would only ruin our stay even more. They offered some sort of fumigation that my son has an allergic sensitivety, and the smell is not pleasant and lingers. I would have offered an option of relocating to another suite that wasn't infested or reported any pest. Other than this issue, our stay was pleasant as usual.

I like the location except for the lack of adequate parking. Staff is very capable and willing to go that extra mile to provide customer satisfaction.

A weird guest popping up and following my family to the fitness room and staring at us checking out and leaving.

The two times we stayed there within 2 weeks the breakfast area was never fully stocked and we always had to ask where the different breakfast foods were and it was very disorganized.

Loved everything

The lady for check in this was around 9pm was super sweet & nice! Check in was fast & she gave me a run down of what was offered and where things were located! Room was super clean! Everything was comfortable & perfect! They had sign asking for patience & giving apologies because the breakfast attendant had a family emergency & they were a little short on breakfast ( which was completely okay) The gentleman that checked me out this morning was very pleasant also!
