Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Actually, right this second we can't think of a thing! If it did not have a sauna, that would have been lovely!
The location was great! The hotel was clean, and the staff was great, too. The breakfast had a lot of variety, we always select hotels with free breakfast because my husband likes to eat! And it's part of the overall value of the trip.

No charging mechanisms for phone. Hotel needs to update so these are provided. Cost way too high for the “age” of the property.Bed not even and leans toward bathroom. I don’t know if it was that most guests sleep in that side of the bed and it is worn, or if the frame needs attention.
Room was spacious and clean. Location good and easy to find. Staff friendly and efficient. Loved extra pillows in the closet.

The breakfast was one of the best complimentary buffets I’ve had in a U.S. hotel. The Front Desk staff were professional and extremely helpful. Classy and spacious room. Very clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen area.

It was everything ok.

Needs more parking and a walkway or sidewalk over the ditch from the parking lot to the front door. I wanted to pay cash for the room, but they don’t accept it.
Very nice staff. The room was very large and clean. Free breakfast was included. Breakfast was mediocre but sufficient. There was a tournament or something going on so the hotel was full of kids and rowdy parents but they stayed on the main floor most of the time. Overall, very good hotel and I’d stay there again.

TV looked outdated, and some blemishes of poor workmanship in the bathroom.
The room was very spacious. The kitchen had all the needed items like pots and pans for cooking. Tupperware for microwaving food.

Pool was outdated. Our room was perfumed heavily forcing us to open the window. We all slept poorly and had a headache almost instantly. The beds weren't comfy either. We wished there were outlets to charge our phone by the beds. We found the breakfast lacked more fresh fruit options. The shower part of the bath was falling apart and paint peeling. The breakfast on Sat was at 7:30 start which was a bit too late for us.
The parking was free and the lot was well lit. Breakfast was yummy. The room was very quiet. The workout facility was better than usual at a hotel. The room was clean and huge. The room had lots of comforts like a kitchen, controllable temp without a window unit, plenty of lamps and lighting, lots of storage, soap in the shower, openable windows, real doors to divide spaces. The shared space was cozy with a fireplace and plenty of seating. The elevators worked well. Coffee out early was nice.

The property was fine . Just some guest were very rude and racist to my children including a grown man who tried to intimidate my children . Very uncomfortable situation and to they really thought they Behavior was acceptable.

We LOVED our room! It was more like a small apartment. We were delighted by the full-size fridge and freezer. It kept our brats frozen for our flight out to Las Vegas the next day.

The pool temp was a little cool! The area around the pool was slippery because of the type of flooring.
Breakfast was terrific and our room served us well! The staff all through the hotel was courteous, friendly, and happy to help.
