Unfortunately I feel like this location might need a little bit more training for their housekeeping staff. Upon checking in and checking the room, it was unfortunately not up to the cleanliness standards that I expect from this hotel chain. There was a rotten apple underneath one of the beds, there was garbage underneath the pull out couch, there were no sheets on the pull out couch just a bare dirty mattress. The couch and chairs were extremely uncomfortable and outdated. One of the door handles was broken along with the door itself being hard to open and close. And there was dust in areas making it obvious that those areas had not been touched between guests. We had three TVs in our suite and only one remote.

The air conditioning in the rooms is very powerful and amazing. The common areas are very nice. The pool is quaint and clean.

That there were no vending machines!! The pantry had very limited items and NO bottles water. We were told we could go across the street to the gas station for bottled water. Also, there pantry was a joke because noone was around to pay it ask questions and there were no signs explaining how it worked. But again, it had limited items anyway. I shouldn't have to go outside the hotel to get bottles water! Very inconvenient for someone with limited mobility!!

The site was perfect for our group. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Being so close to the interstate was loud, anytime they neighbors were in the bathroom it was loud. We wanted rooms close, I got our room and my sister was 2 people behind and they gave the lady in between us the room next door

We had never stayed at a Staybridge before and we fell in love with the bed mattress! We looked up the type mattress when we left? A very nice, spacious and clean room. Wonderful accommodations and breakfast!

Things we didn't like. The kitchen sink was clogged with chewing tobacco pouches. The flooring was peeling up in the kitchen and bathrooms, the whole room was dingy like it was cleaned but you could tell it needed a deep clean. The hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it bleached our clothes and tarnished my silver wedding ring within a few short minutes.

A few things we liked about this location, the room size was amazing, and the beds were clean and comfortable.

They charged me twice for my stay-again. They can’t seem to understand a booking on Priceline.

The bathroom vinyl plank flooring was warped and lifting up making it uncomfortable to walk on. It also looked dirty I can't imagine how the staff could possibly get it clean in the condition it is in.we also struggled with the curtains. They didn't fit the windows properly and there was a bright light across the street shining straight at us. It was very hard to get to sleep. The best item's at breakfast was the juice and toast

Unfortunately I didn't have a cell phone and the in room phone could not be used for long distance. One of the staff made a further accommodation for me and I was able to communicate with my family. This was not a negative but instead highlighted the extent to which the staff was prepared to go to make a quests stay that much more pleasant.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The 2 young ladies I spoke to most often behind the main desk offered helpful advice on restaurants and conveniences and Shawna facilitated a weekend cleaning of my room with towels etc. I hope to return to this location in the next year. Please ensure your staff see this review. The location was great and I will return with my bike to make use of your great bike trails along the golf courses.
