You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was all good.
I called to let them know I’d be a late check in. It was no problem. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The employee who checked me in and out was extremely kind. I wish I had asked her name. Loved the extras....dinner social, the wheel of prizes and the sheep hunt. Employee arranged a late check out for me which was extremely helpful and much appreciated!

The only complaint I have about cleanliness is some dust on rarely used surfaces like top of fridge and far corners. The sofa was a bit stiff and bed was creaky but sheets fresh. Overall very clean and comfortable.
The staff is very professional, friendly and efficient at their jobs. I had to extend my stay a couple times and they were very accommodating, always helpful and attentive every time I had a request or inquiry. There was a clogged sink and they sent someone to fix immediately. This was my third time staying at this hotel. The layout of the rooms is wonderful. Has lots of handy storage space and just what you need in a full kitchen in a smaller space. Definitely feels like home away from home!

The price. We paid close to 500 a night and the hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It was a nice clean hotel, but not worth that price tag.
The breakfast was a great surprise. I didn't realize when booking this hotel that breakfast was included. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Mary who worked the breakfast area goes above and beyond for the guest. The facilities were clean.

The location that our GPS brought us to was a closed hotel. Around this building was the Staybrigde. This was unsettling since there were no signs with the hotel name anywhere.
Rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel had an issue with the specific room that I booked and gave us two different rooms for my original booking. All worked out well and we were satisfied.

The a.c was set to 60 degrees, we arrived at 11 pm, and the room was frozen; it took more than 2 hours until the temperature went above 68.

There were fruit flies around the food during morning buffet as the fruit served was not fresh.
Very friendly staff! Great front desk service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation! Will come again

Upset that it lists there’s a pool and in reality there isn’t. The pool would have given the stay 5 stars across the board. It was one of the main reasons for choosing the place as we had a volleyball tournament for our daughter and the younger ones wanted some pool time.

There were beer bottles and some trash in the garden by the entry. Had trouble checking in because the room wasn't ready.

Breakfast was ok. No waffle machine . The hotel was used as a senior recovery on two of the hotel live in long term. Diner was good. No desert or 24 hour coffee .Was a good stay.

The breakfast could have been better. And the pool hours longer to be more accommodating.
Room was what i expected. The cost a bit high but in average with any other hotel in area. Rooms were quiet. The commentary dinner was a nice addition however never got to try as we were busy with family .
