Breakfast is my only complaint. I would stay again , just plan on going out to eat .

I was very disappointed in the breakfast , no healthy choices, bagel was like a rock. For the price, should be better and better quality. Staff was wonderful and very professional. Hotel is really nice, interior clean and modern

Not enough signs to guide guests around the hallways leading to the back door, elevator and side doors. No privacy in the pool area. It's too open where cars are driving by and guests are walking in and out of the hotel or the sidewalk. Could use some kind of trees or vegetation on the sidewalk area of the pool.

We like the cleanliness and the amenities. The breakfast is nice and the dining area is clean. Would like to have coffee or tea all day.

I was desperate to find a room and felt like the room price went up overnight when something became available. Paid it and really enjoyed the stay but . . . Pillows were wonderful! Have already ordered some for home.

After our stay, a full week later, the manager took it upon himself to charge not only my card for a one night amount, but also one of my guests who had checked in for us as she was there first. When I arrived, I immediately went to the desk to remove her card from the file, and replace with mine, for incidentals. The card was never removed, and the preauthorization charge was debited, even though I paid in full through the booking app. The manager himself, went in and charged both cards, even though the file showed the rooms were paid in full.

I got to the hotel around 5pm and the room was not ready. I still had to wait 30 min before I could check it. The sofa bed had little holes and it looked old. The sofa bed also had crumbs of something in it. The shower was a walk in shower with no shower door it only had a curtain and the water was getting out onto the bathroom floor. I went to the front desk around 11 to buy a water and there was no one around

WHEN WE GOT TO THE ROOM THERE WAS A MACHINE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM ON A TABLE....SPEWING THIS TERRIBLE SMELL INTO THE ROOM......IT WAS NAUSEATING AND MADE US BOTH A LITTLE SICK.. WE UNPLUGGED IT AND OPEND THE DOOR AND TURNED UP THE AIR....... WE WERE THERE FOR A WEDDING AND HAD TO GO TO A DINNER SO HAD NO TIME TO ASK TO CHANGE ROOMS..... WE BOTH GOT PLUGGED UP DURING THE NIGHT AND THE SMELL WOULDN'T GO AWAY.....NOT GOOD..... WE PIICK STAYBRIDGE AS WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH OUR PREVIOUS STAYS..... THE FRONT DESK AS WE CHECKED OUT STATED HE WAS SORRY....THAT SOMEONE FORGOT TO GO UP AND FINISH THEIR JOB AFTER REFRESHING THE ROOM AND TURN OFF AND REMOVE THE MACHINE........ IT CAUSED PROBLEMS FOR TWO OLDER GUESTS....

It could have been cleaner. The couch had visible stains. The bathroom mirror had a film over it due to wiping, and the shower floor was gray from dirt. The carpet in the room was also not completely vacuumed, and the comforter on the bed was not laundered as it had wrinkles and stains.

They offered a lot of amenities, such as a pool, patio, fire side seating by the patio, laundry, and gym.

It’s nice that the hotel offered a free breakfast buffet. It also had nice indoor and outdoor seating areas.

The keys kept disconnecting and had to go through the front a few times and no balcony.

Everyone was very nice from guests to staff. And the bed! OMG so comfortable! I immediately fell into a deep slumber. 😊
