Noise. You can hear every word the neighbors say. They did follow the quiet time though so didn’t prevent sleep.

Cleaning person came into our room while we were still in bed earlier in the week. Then walked out knocked on the door. Could not understand her she came back with someone else asking us when we were checking out. We were not due to checkout for 3 more days. I made you all aware of this via text and was advised someone would reach out to me and that never happened. It’s a nice place and clean facility someone walking in in unacceptable. Mistakes happen but probably need to make sure no one is in the room before entering. This was the only negative of our stay but I consider this to be something big that cleaning doesn’t know when we were to checkout That is

Well our room was next to the trash chute so I am assuming that's what brought the large amount of gnats into our room. When we first arrived onsite there was no one I could speak with to help find our room location. There was a little mold starting to build in the shower. Some of the lights would work when they wanted to. And after getting our vehicle cleaned the workers at the facility decided to start cutting plam trees right over our vehicle getting the debris all over our vehicle. Couldn't go on the balcony due to the lent coming out of the vents blowing everywhere.

The location was superb. Cleanliness around the facility was well kept. When asked the staff for things in the room they were on time.

We had a shower that wouldn’t drain well and our the screen to our sliding door in the living room was off track upon arrival. no response when I emailed about that.

The location and view were great. walkable to beach and some other tourist spots. parking was good. I liked the code access to the room versus having to carry a swipe card.

The 2nd bedroom/bed was small. Having to use codes for everything when a card would have been more user-friendly.

That the unit had a washing machine/dryer; dishwasher and fridge with ice maker. Also, the view from the balcony was awesome. The condo was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. Walk across the street to the beach and The Back Porch, which is a great restaurant.

The patio door was really tough to slide. And the one bedroom was extremely small with a very small bed and no room to put your suitcase.

pool closing time, pay for chairs(pay enough to stay-should be included) bed was very firm and uncomfortable. no coffee. these are small things that I’m used to at other condos. this price is premium and expected more. store downstairs for small necessities would be a great addition!

One of the elevators wasn’t working so there was a longer wait.

The ease of getting onto the property and into the room without having to check in. A code to the door was emailed to us. We also enjoyed the walking distance to the beach. The property had two pools with easy access. Property and condo were very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had all the necessities to cook any meal.
