Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaLocation was quiet and had beautiful scenery all around, so it felt remote, yet was conveniently close to amenities in Tropic and a short drive to Bryce Canyon. The on-site restaurant, the Stone Canyon Grill was quite good for dinner.

United States of AmericaA kitchenette was advertised, however there was just a fridge and microwave, no stove, no cookware or even microwave-safe cups. So it was like a hotel suite, essentially. This forced us to eat out for every meal. Couch was uncomfortable, cushions kept sliding off.
Nice scenery, great beds, cute little bungalow! We loved the murphy bed. Relaxed atmosphere, saw hummingbirds, deer and rabbits outside our window! Nicely decorated, great bathtub, friendly staff.

United States of AmericaAwkwardly arranged room, large bathroom is ok but no place to put a towel within reach if the shower (non-working steam shower so doorway completely covered and no room to even throw a towel over the top) Sort of a food area, though no sink. Only water to fill coffee pot, clean dishes or fill water bottles in bathroom (small sink)
pretty area, relatively quick and easy access to Bryce Canyon entrance, decent bed, the only thing we saw from the windows was trees, mountains and wildlife

United States of AmericaThe fact there was only one wine glass, one tumbler and one large plate in a room for 2 people Also there are only privacy blinds over the big windows so in summer with long hours of daylight sleeping would be tricky if you are used to a dark room. In winter it wasn't too much of a problem. I bet the big spacious room will be lovely in summer but in winter it didn't feel cozy. It felt very empty & the floor was really cold to walk on.
The quiet location and the quality of the fixtures and fittings.

United States of AmericaBathtub very deep. Not great for getting in/out. Weird configuration of shower head over tub. Awkward. Coffee maker really needs to go. Took 20 minutes to brew one cup. Bed is low to floor. Not a great setup. Wall heater is very noisy. Don’t plan on watching TV if you need to heat or cool the room.

United States of AmericaI would have enjoyed a back patio also. There was a front patio with chairs which we enjoyed!
Outstanding away-from it - all location with an exceptional on site restaurant. (The food and service are a big draw here, with a mountain and pond view from the patio). I enjoy star watching- this place is remarkably dark and quiet. A gem. I hope to be back soon.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom was not clean, there were Pubic hairs all over the edge of the tub and coming out of the the drain. The air conditioner every time it turned on made a very loud noise, it had an additional kick with a sharp noise, that woke us up several times in the night. We were in 42,I would definitely get the ac looked at and speak with your cleaning staff. I tried to send an email and the email on your website bounced back.
The location was peaceful and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

United States of AmericaThere was nothing not to like
The Inn is actually a mixture of individual houses, cabins, and tree houses on a large land in middle of nowhere. Absolutely romantic, quiet, and surrounded by mountains and natural vegetation. it is about 13 miles from the entrance of Bryce Canyon National Park but other hikes are in the close vicinity as well. They also have a gourmet restaurant on premises that serves dinner. So good that we immediately reserved our Thanksgiving stay here.

United KingdomI have read other reviews..and if you want to be picky there is always something you can find.. personally, overall it was great.
Room Size.. cleanliness and comfortable bed. Location was awesome. Peaceful. Staff very helpful. Restaurant in main building with great evening meal. No breakfast but I knew this. The "inn" main building is actually a restaurant/grille with a reception attached. No bar. Accommodation is 12 bungalows/ cabins and a small single storey block of King rooms spread around the acreages I stayed in a king room. ..Its remote.. gps may not work but they send you instructions. Its in a wilderness area on the extreme edge of Tropic, a small town with limited facilities. You can buy groceries for breakfast or alcohol etc. If you love tranquility and wilderness and proximity to Bryce and Kodachrome and national parks and hiking its perfect. 15 min by car to main entrance of either. To avoid crowds.. 2miles up dirt rd by car (ask reception ) and gentle hiking trail into Bryce 2 miles to the main trails and nearly 3 to main visitor centre. Different to your run of the mill chain type visitor hotel. Personally i loved it and would stay again.
