Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and respectful. The breakfast was fantastic and they had a lady there to meet all of our needs. She cleaned the tables constantly and even made waffles for us! I would highly recommend staying at Stonebrook Lodge in Murphy.

Location is near casino, but a few minutes drive from restaurants, shops. And we knew this before booking, but no guest laundry or gym. There was a pool, but it was not open. Lobby and breakfast area were ice cold.
Nice spacious room with wet bar, comfortable bed, extra chairs and a desk chair. Large bathroom and a decent breakfast selection. Clean and well maintained. Great value.

Room 204 the mattress springs make horrible noises when you sit or gently roll over in the bed. We have stayed at this hotel several times now love it but they really need to get new mattresses it’s time.
Always clean and a friendly staff plus location is great right next to casino and nicer rooms than the casino.

The only complaint I have is there is no hot breakfast options. You can choose from cereal, oatmeal you have to make, breads and muffin assortment, and yogurt. They do however have waffle makers. I just wish breakfast would have been warm foods.
We loved this lodge and the convenience to the casino was great! This place immediately upon walk in smelled and looked great and we were welcomed with friendly smiles. The check in was a smooth process and we quickly were given our keys and off to the room which was clean and looked very nice. The beds were so comfy, I wish I could have took the bed home it was the best sleep I have had in a very long time. We had a spa room and the spa baths were very clean and you could smell the bleach from cleaning which is a huge bonus to know it is properly cleaned especially the jets. I love this place and I plan to come back in the future soon. I am hoping they make breakfast a little more pleasing and warm foods would be a great addition.

Coffee maker, shower, it has no water pressure and takes forever to rinse, especially hair. No shampoo and conditioner or body wash in the showers, most places have that. No free waters in room.
Everything (almost) Bed was great, Front desk staff, beautiful hotel inside and out. Nice parking lot and beautiful views!!

There was nothing not to like.
The staff are always so friendly. They talk to you. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The breakfast has a variety to choose from. They have a great candy bowl on the check in counter.

No sheer curtains on the windows. I was on the first floor and felt a bit exposed with the curtains open, but I wanted daylight. The rooms aren't very soundproof, so if you're a light sleeper (or hate hearing footsteps overhead) you may have issues sleeping. There was also a construction crew staying there (working at the casino up the road) the same week and they were super loud in the morning and evenings.
The hotel is clean and well-maintained and the entire staff was friendly, fun, and helpful. The location was convenient and easy to find, and the Internet connection was (mostly) strong enough for me to work from the room all week. The bed was comfy (the mattress was a good balance of soft and firm) and the fridge and microwave came in handy during the week.

The bed was so comfortable oh my goodness. I low key been waiting to do this review! I had the best sleep after stressing for weeks prior to our trip here. The staff was really friendly and nice as well
